http://journal-laaroiba.com/ojs/index.php/reslaj/article/view/2720

The growing flexible work trend marks a fundamental shift in the work paradigm in the modern era. Flexibility in the work environment is becoming increasingly important, especially in public sector organizations, to increase employee productivity and well-being. The Ministry of Finance, as a government institution responsible for public financial management, is also not immune from the need to adapt to these changes. This research aims to review the implementation of Flexible Working Space (FWS) as a new approach at the Ministry of Finance to improve employee efficiency and welfare. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a case study research approach. The research results show that the implementation of FWS in the Ministry has had a positive impact, such as increasing work flexibility and balance between employees' work and personal lives (work-life balance). However, challenges such as adapting to long-established work culture, performance and productivity management, how to maintain and increase a sense of togetherness and collaboration among employees, as well as data and information security issues still need to be addressed. Thus, implementing FWS in the Ministry of Finance can be an effective approach to improving organizational performance and employee welfare, but requires careful strategies in overcoming the associated challenges.
Amalia LestariKayla Issaura Maritza AM. http://journal-laaroiba.com/ojs/index.php/reslaj/article/view/2766

This research focuses on the role and psychological strategies that ulama can play as agents of change in health campaigns in Aceh. Ulama in Aceh have a significant influence in a religious society and respect religious figures. Using a qualitative approach, this research interviewed ulama, health workers and the public to understand their views on the role of ulama in health promotion as well as psychological factors that can influence the success of health campaigns. The research results show that ulama can act as effective health messengers, behavior change agents, and opinion leaders in their communities. Psychological strategies such as persuasion, role modeling, and culture-based approaches can increase public acceptance and participation in health campaigns. However, this research also identified challenges and obstacles faced by ulama, such as lack of knowledge about health, perceptions about the limits of the ulama's role, and cultural barriers. Thus, the findings of this study provide new insight into the importance of ulama involvement in health promotion efforts in Aceh and provide practical recommendations for improving collaboration between ulama and health workers. The implications of these findings can also be applied in other contexts involving religious leaders in health campaigns in religious communities.
Bustami BustamiLahmuddin Lubis

http://journal-laaroiba.com/ojs/index.php/reslaj/article/view/2829

Rara Anggita Salsabila WidyantiTantina Haryati

Traditional Islamic education, particularly through pesantren, has a rich and important history in the development of Islam in Indonesia since the 7th century AD. Its role is significant in preserving religious identity, advancing knowledge, maintaining the Arabic language, strengthening morality, and perpetuating Islamic culture. The main principles of traditional Islamic education curriculum include monotheism (tauhid), the Quran and Sunnah, religious knowledge, character formation, practical skills, contextualization, and personality development. This research employs literature method and qualitative approach by gathering data from various sources such as books, journals, and digital sources. This allows for a deeper understanding of effective teaching methods including student-centered approaches, experiential learning, technology utilization, and collaboration. The integration of spiritual and intellectual development creates balanced and conscious individuals. Adapting traditional practices into modern education combines cultural values with relevant technology. Preserving the essence of traditional Islamic education in the present era requires deep understanding, integration with modern science, engaged learning, character education, cultural preservation, and teacher development.
The aim of the research is to find out how Islamic education is related to science and technology (IPTEK). Science and Technology provides a strong knowledge base for understanding the universe and developing technology that is beneficial to humans. In contrast, Islamic education instills moral, ethical and spiritual principles that shape an individual's personality. Apart from that, schools teach the use of science and technology in accordance with religious beliefs. The aim of this research is to show how these two fields work together and benefit each other. The integration of science and technology (IPTEK) with Islamic education offers various significant opportunities to improve the quality of education, research, as well as creating sustainable solutions and building strong character. The use of modern technology in the learning process can enrich learning material, make it more interactive, and provide access to a wider range of educational resources. In addition, research based on Islamic ethical principles ensures that technological innovation is not only oriented towards economic benefits but also takes into account human and moral values. Therefore, the integration of science and technology and Islamic education allows for a balanced education system where technological and scientific progress can be balanced with the application of moral and ethical values. This will produce students who can make positive contributions to society and their environment.
Kokom KomariahAndriyaniDede RosyadaNurmalia Lusida

Because it can be seen from the service policy aspect that the availability of standard information and service announcements is an obligation of service providers; aspects of HR professionalism, namely service implementers who are responsive and implement a culture of service implementers; aspects of facilities and infrastructure, namely the availability of facilities and infrastructure supporting services; aspects of public service information systems to inform and support service operations so that they become known to the public; the complaint consultation aspect, namely the availability of a special place for consultation and complaints to provide information and complaints to the public; The existence of public service innovation makes it easier to provide online licensing services. Suggestions from researchers need to increase the media for publishing service information and providing infrastructure for disability groups.
Fitri RohmaliaVidya Imanuari Pertiwi

Generation Z is an active generation that uses online media. TikTok and Telegram are two forms of online media that are often used illegally to display scene clips or full durations of Indonesian films. Cases of film piracy are increasingly easy to find on online media. This study aims to explore Generation Z's perceptions of Indonesian film piracy on TikTok and Telegram online media. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, documentation and literature studies. The study results show that Generation Z has various perceptions of film piracy, ranging from positive to negative. Film piracy can be in the form of displaying scene clips with limited durations on TikTok. Watching full-length films on Telegram is also part of the illegal distribution of films. Film piracy has the potential to harm filmmakers and does not respect copyright. However, filmmakers can still use TikTok for promotional media and attract the audience through scene clips displayed for a limited duration. The existence of video on demand can be an alternative for easy access to Indonesian films, which still need to be shown in theatres. In addition, the findings of this study explain the importance of further education on the negative impacts of piracy, increasing accessibility of legal content, and reducing dependence on pirated content through the availability of official platforms in the digital era.
Farrel FahrizzalAde Kusuma

Statement from the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) regarding the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) as a place for marriages of all religions is an issue widely discussed by scholars and religious leaders. KUA is a government institution responsible for carrying out some of the tasks related to Islamic religious affairs in Indonesia. However, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has prepared KUA to become a place for marriages of all religions, with regulations, infrastructure, human resources, and cross-religious marriage counseling programs in place. There are legal regulatory obstacles in implementing Kemenag's proposal, but efforts are underway to prepare infrastructure and programs to maximize supervision of marriage registration, especially for non-Muslims. KUA not only plays a role in conducting marriages for Muslims, but cross-religious marriage counseling programs have also been practiced in several KUAs, such as in Kintamani, Bangli, Bali, and Bangka Belitung. The purpose of this research is to analyze the issues surrounding KUA becoming a place for marriages of all religions. The research method used is qualitative research accompanied by field research at the Office of Religious Affairs in the city of Semarang . The results of this research include the discrepancies between the issues created by some news on television or social media not aligning with the regulatory planning as intended. KUA will only be used as a place for registering marriages of all religions; beyond that, various perspectives emerge from the community, community leaders, and KUA officials who oppose the policy if it were to be fully realized.
Muhamad Mahmud SidikAufal Wafa Dzilma'waUlfa Khalida

Oversharing was initially used to explain the condition where someone excessively discloses more private information about themselves to the general public, both online and offline. Oversharing on social media by adolescents is a significant problem in the digital age. However, Gen Z is closer to this phenomenon because their lives must be connected to the existence of social media as a platform to introduce themselves to the public. Therefore, Gen Z must manage the boundaries between private and public information. This qualitative study uses a descriptive approach, using Sandra Petronio's Communication Privacy Management Theory. The research informants were Gen Z, aged 18-24, who live in Sidoarjo and Surabaya. This study found that Gen Z's oversharing behavior in Instagram Stories can be associated with uploading repetitive or repetitive content. Oversharing activities on Instagram Stories also create conditions where Gen Z is more willing to share the luxury and wealth they possess. Oversharing can also be part of personal branding and labeling for Gen Z. Oversharing not only impacts the person sharing it, but this activity can also have consequences for the audience, such as embarrassment, disturbance, and disappointment. This research shows how Gen Z could overshare on Instagram Stories and how they manage their personal life according to CPM theory.
Wildan WildanAde Kusuma

The phenomenon of rising rice prices often occurs due to several influencing factors, one of which comes from the climate and the existence of a bumper harvest. In addition, higher market demand than production is also one of the causes. Surabaya as a city that is predicated as a consumer rather than a producer of rice is very careful in maintaining the existing rice supply. Public panic over the increase in rice prices has led the government to issue programs as a strategy to overcome it, one of which is consistently implemented to date is the Cheap Market Movement. The purpose of this research is to describe the government's strategy in overcoming the price of rice based on the five indicators of Geoff Mulgan's theory. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods by taking results from interviews as primary data and secondary data obtained from literature reviews such as articles, journals, and relevant references. The results of this study reveal that the Cheap Market Movement program and the existence of SPHP rice can help people's lives and achieve the success rate of strategies issued by the Surabaya city government, especially by the Food Security and Agriculture Office.
Putri Amalia ZahrohLukman ArifAnnisa Nur FirdausNayani Alya Aquila MuzdalifahIvan Prasetyo Nugroho

The community has the right and responsibility for the existence of quality educational institutions. similar to the regulations contained in Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic boarding schools that the implementation of an internal quality assurance system absolutely must be carried out well. However, based on the results of research conducted in several Islamic boarding schools in Bogor, we do not fully understand the stages of quality assurance. Several existing Islamic boarding schools have a quality assurance team but they are not the oldest in the organizational structure. This means that the human resources appointed as the quality assurance team include but are not legally formalized in a decision letter, this means that the Islamic boarding school implements quality assurance components but is not implemented administratively. This research aims to first, analyze the need for developing an internal quality assurance system model in Islamic boarding schools. Second, to develop an internal quality assurance system model in Islamic boarding schools. Third, to test the feasibility of the internal quality assurance system model in Islamic boarding schools. The research uses the Research and Development method, using the ADDIE model. The results of the research findings showed that the analysis of the need for developing an internal quality assurance system in Islamic boarding schools was carried out in the first two stages of the field needs analysis consisting of 9 Islamic boarding schools with 11 respondents. The conclusion was that 100% of respondents needed an internal quality assurance system model for Islamic boarding schools to guarantee the quality of education. boarding school. Second, document analysis consisting of internal quality assurance system documents issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture's primary and secondary education, as well as internal quality assurance system regulations issued by law number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic boarding schools, became a reference in preparing a model for the internal quality assurance system in Islamic boarding schools. . The Islamic boarding school internal quality assurance system model produces a product in the form of the SPMI model in Islamic boarding schools which explains the internal quality assurance cycle including planning the quality of Islamic boarding school education, preparing plans to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools, implementing plans to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of plans to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools, setting standards. new quality and developing strategies to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools. Third, a one to one test was carried out with educational management experts, linguists and experts in the field of Islamic boarding school with validation test results by experts in educational management of 81% "decent", language experts of 88% "very worthy", experts in the field of Islamic boarding school of 76%. "worthy". Then revisions were made based on the experts' assessments and suggestions to produce a second prototype. The next stage is implementation in the form of implementation, carrying out a feasibility test on practitioners with an average validation result of practitioners of 90% "very feasible", then producing a third prototype. Next, it goes to the final stage, namely evaluating the third prototype by carrying out revisions based on previous expert assessments so that a product is produced. end. As for the evaluation stage, which is the final stage, you get the assessment results with an assessment result in the range of 80-100 "very good"..
Mutia IrmayantiAhmadRahmat Rosyadi

Among the many thinkers and observers of Islamic education, Wahid Hasyim's name is still rare and has received less attention about his ideas regarding the problems of contemporary Islamic education. In addition to his thoughts and struggles related to the State, the figure of Wahid Hasyim also thinks a lot about the strategy and progress of Islamic education in facing various challenges and demands of the community on the needs of the world of education. Islamic education has always been an interesting study not only because it has its own characteristics, but also because it is rich in concepts that are no less quality than modern education.
Imam Al-Ghazali defined that education is the perfection of life in this world and the hereafter. Thus, humans who want to achieve perfection in life in this world and the afterlife must have religious knowledge. Religious knowledge is so important for provision in life, without religious knowledge humans can be said to be far from perfection. Apart from religious knowledge, life skills education is also very important for provisions in life. However, it is very unfortunate that many children who are teenagers or are about to enter puberty do not yet have mature life skills in terms of personal skills and social skills. From KPAI (Indonesian Child Protection Commission) data during January - November 2023, 37 children ended their lives. Self-harm behavior and attempts to end life are major global mental health problems due to their increasing frequency. This case occurred at a vulnerable age (grade 5-6 of elementary school), grade 1 or 2 of junior high school, grade 1.2 of high school. Another case related to juvenile delinquency is the incident involving the death of a student in Bogor which sadistically adds to the number of delinquencies among students. It also leaves a red report card for the world of education, because the sadistic incident was carried out by students. From this background, it is necessary to have a program that will strengthen children's life skills education from pre-adulthood, especially phase A, so that class children can be ready to live life in the next phases. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The program needs analysis was carried out by creating a Google form with a closed questionnaire which was distributed randomly to ten respondents. After the needs analysis, the researcher analyzed previous programs. There were two programs that the researcher used as a reference, namely the entrepreneurship program and the self-help program in an effort to increase independence. then the next step is to design the program, the programs prepared by the researchers are as follows: cookies (cooking with kids), market day, BTS (Bed Time Sirah), PKS (Student Independence Habits), PMO (Habits of Helping Parents) and CLMH (Love of the Environment and Living Creatures). After the program was prepared, it was validated by several experts including Islamic religious education experts, language experts and also child psychology experts. After going through expert validation, the program is implemented to users. After implementation, the final stage is to test the feasibility through evaluation. The feasibility test is carried out by experts by providing an assessment of the program being prepared. From the results of this feasibility test, it was found that this program was good and suitable to be applied to pre-age children, especially in phase A in the life skills education process.
Ela SusilawatiSaiful FalahE Mujahidin

ABSTRACT.

The Karepe Dimesemi Bojo (Independent Prosperous Mental Disability Rehabilitation Area of Jombang Regency) program is one of the innovations of the Jombang Regency Social Service which successfully became a finalist of the 2019 KOVABLIK. The Karepe Dimesemi Bojo program refers to poverty alleviation with the aim of increasing the role of people with mental disabilities in all areas of Jombang Regency in productive activities. This article aims to analyze the Evaluation of the Karepe Dimesemi Bojo Program for Persons with Mental Disabilities at the Jombang Regency Social Service. The theory used is the evaluation theory from William N Dunn (2003), which consists of Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Accuracy. Data analysis uses analysis techniques from Miles, Hubernman and Salda (2014). The informants in the study included key informants, including the Head of the Social Rehabilitation Division and Mental Nurses, while secondary informants from the families of patients with mental disabilities who participated in the Karepe Dimesemi Bojo program. The results showed that the effectiveness and equity factors are not optimal because there are no independent shelters for people with mental disabilities. The adequacy factor is insufficient because the grant is still found to be a failure so that it needs to be re-evaluated. However, the efficiency, responsiveness, and accuracy factors show good results.

Keywords: Evaluation; Karepe Dimesemi Bojo program

ABSTRAK.

Program Karepe Dimesemi Bojo (Kawasan Rehabilitasi Penyandang Disabilitas Mental Sejahtera Mandiri Kabupaten Jombang) merupakan salah satu inovasi Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Jombang yang berhasil menjadi finalis dari KOVABLIK tahun 2019.
ETLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) is a set of electronic devices that use Automatic License Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology in the form of cameras that automatically detect motorized vehicles and cars with traffic violations E-TLE system, which is part of law enforcement efforts, this system aims to reduce problems caused by traffic violations, such as congestion and accidents, and ensure order on the highway. The e-Tilang system was pioneered by the East Java Regional Police, especially the Surabaya Police, which has this innovation as a crucial role in improving safety and regularity of electronically based traffic, the implementation of ETLE tickets in Surabaya City has increased in 2022 and 2023 compared to 2021. Which in 2021 the ETLE program was intensified due to the Covid-19 pandemic in order to increase the efficiency of technology-based services. The ETLE camera system uses CCTV cameras that are monitored directly by Police Officers with a total of 22 monitoring camera points in several parts of Surabaya City. where each officer oversees 4 areas with 8 CCTVs on the monitoring screen. Although it has had a positive impact on the implementation of ticketing, there are many things that should be evaluated from the process of running E-TLE at Surabaya Police Station. Mainly in the process of implementing and providing maximum fines, as well as the limited number of employees and time in ETLE supervision. So that the Process on Performance and the Facilities used should be evaluated in the running of the ETLE system in Surabaya City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research is to find out the results of the Evaluation of the E-Ticket Policy Program (E-TLE) at the Surabaya City Road Intersection The theory used in the research is Gupta & Jana's Evaluative performance theory. There are 4 indicators from this theory, namely total costs and fines, quality of planning and control, quality of decision making and system characteristics. The data collection technique in this study is by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. In this research, from these 4 indicators, some are quite appropriate, but there are still many shortcomings that should be evaluated from the system and the quality of performance of the Surabaya police litas unit. The performance evaluation of the E-Tilang program in Surabaya shows success in managing total costs and fines, the quality of planning and control, and the quality of decision making. This program includes the use of 40 CCTV camera units and fiber optic networks that support the effectiveness of law enforcement, as well as the management of fair fines. Careful planning and better coordination after the evaluation ensured efficiency in recording violations using gadgets and the E-Tilang application.

Wisnu Abdullah SetiadarmaBinti Azizatun Nafi’ah

The existence of a country cannot be separated from the existence of it’s population. Population growth in Indonesia continues to increase from year to year in almost every region. The large population causes problems regarding the fulfillment of rights, needs, protection and public services. In the current era, public services have great demands from the public, the public sector is asked to provide excellent service by showing high professionalism. However, the demands and hopes of the community have not been fully realized. Based on data released by the Central Statistics Agency (2024), in 2015-2023 the number of civil servants in Indonesia continued to decline, this was also a factor causing the workload carried out by each employee to increase. Several factors that hinder public services are part of the Government's regulations regarding Bureaucratic Reform. Bureaucratic reform is a need that needs to be fulfilled in ensuring the creation of good governance. In the Rungkut Subdistrict Work Unit, there are complaints that there are not enough employees to carry out the large workload. With these complaints, the author feels it is necessary to carry out an analysis of the workload in the Rungkut District Work Unit by referring to PermenPANRB No. 1 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Job Analysis and Workload Analysis, so that the results of the workload analysis are expected to provide information regarding the ideal number of employees according to the workload.
Oktavia Putri KhoirrilErtien Rining Nawangsari

In a modern economy full of knowledge and technological developments, intellectual capital is seen as a source of value creation and sustainable competitive advantage. This research aims to analyze the influence of human capital, capital employed, structural capital and hedging on the value of banking companies in Indonesia with profitability as an intervening variable. This research uses secondary data obtained from company financial reports for 2014- 2021. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, path analysis and Sobel test with the help of the Eviews 12 program. The research results show that human capital, capital employed, structural capital have a positive effect on profitability but have no effect on company value. Other results show that hedging has no effect on profitability and company value. Research also shows that profitability is able to mediate the relationship between capital employed and structural capital on company value. However, profitability is not able to mediate the relationship between human capital and hedging on company value. A limitation in this research is that some companies do not include the notional value of derivatives as a hedging measurement in their financial reports.
Amalia HasnaAbdurrahman

This community service activity aims to disseminate feed grinder machine technology and provide training on making silage from agricultural waste as an alternative, nutritious feed for sheep in collaboration with the Sumber Mendho Nusantara livestock group. The implementation method involves four stages: preparation, which focuses on identifying the partner's problems and needs; training, which includes socializing the use of agricultural waste and demonstrating the feed grinder machine; mentoring, which focuses on follow-up and monitoring previous activities; and reporting and sustainability to ensure that the program continues to be implemented by the partner. The outcomes of this community service are that the partners are able to understand and apply appropriate technology to process waste, such as cassava and corn cobs, into quality feed. This activity not only reduces the farmers' dependence on commercial feed but also increases operational efficiency and opens up new opportunities in agropreneurship. The results also indicate a positive change in the partners' mindset, skills, and ability to manage agricultural waste.
