The Family Learning Center plays a significant role in developing parenting control within a family to prevent negative impacts that could harm the moral values of the nation's successors. Through programs implemented by the central government, the Family Learning Center provides an understanding to the citizens about the importance of monitoring their families. This research focuses on the application of the Social Change and Communication Theory by Rogers & Kincaid. Data analysis is conducted using the interactive model by Miles and Huberman in a gradual and interactive manner on the predetermined data. The Family Learning Center plays a crucial role in improving the well-being of a family. By utilizing direct communication methods at the neighborhood community hall (RW), the program has been successfully completed according to the set targets.

This research aims to analyze the improvement of sustainable quality and quality standards at the Madrasah Aliyah in Langkat. The study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of this study are the school principal, teachers, and students of Madrasah Aliyah in Langkat. The results show that the improvement of sustainable quality and quality standards at the Madrasah Aliyah in Langkat is achieved by planning innovative and distinctive programs to enhance the quality of the educational process and the quality of graduates, such as grouping language classes, Olympiad classes, research classes, acceleration classes, improving infrastructure quality, creating a conducive environment, developing extracurricular religious curriculum, trilingual speeches, arts and culture, and sports activities, all of which aim to improve the quality of graduates as the output of the education process carried out at the Madrasah.

The People's Welfare Bureau has a role in increasing social awareness through policy formulation in the fields of spiritual mental development, basic service people's welfare and non-basic service people's welfare. In implementing the distribution of grant aid, the East Java Regional Secretariat's People's Welfare Bureau is the institution tasked with administering administrative matters. The People's Welfare Bureau is a facilitator for community organizations, one of which is supporting operational vehicles for community organizations. However, in practice, the role as a facilitator still has obstacles in the administration process. The research method used is a qualitative method which aims to determine the role of the People's Welfare Bureau as an operational facilitator of community organizations and to find solutions to the problems mentioned above. The research results show that the flow of submissions, procurement and accountability is quite good. However, there are still obstacles related to the special conditions for applying for grant funds as well as regulations regarding the letter of accountability for the applicant's responsibility to the provincial government, which is a weakness in terms of accountability for the circulation of grant funds. Therefore, the aim of this research is not only to find out the role of the Welfare Bureau as a facilitator but also to find solutions to answer existing problems related to improving disbursement flow, the implications of which can lead not only to administration, but also to increasing effectiveness and efficiency.

Indonesia is facing serious issues regarding nutrition, particularly evident in the high number of cases of malnutrition among toddlers and similar problems experienced by school-age children, both boys and girls, a condition referred to as stunting. Micro data analysis (Riskesdas 2013) reveals that East Java Province is ranked 15th among all provinces in Indonesia with a prevalence rate of 35.7% for stunting. Referring to Presidential Regulation Number 72 of 2021, the East Java Provincial Government is striving to expedite the reduction of stunting, especially within the scope of schools or madrasahs. The East Java Provincial Government has issued Governor's Decree No. 188/330/KPTS/013/2022 concerning the School or Madrasah Health Enterprise Development Team in East Java Province. Therefore, the People's Welfare Bureau of East Java Province, as a facilitator in the basic healthcare sector, plays a role in accelerating the reduction of stunting through the School or Madrasah Health Enterprise Development Team in East Java. This study adopts a qualitative approach using the descriptive analysis method by Miles and Huberman's model. The research utilizes primary data obtained through interviews, observations, group discussions, as well as secondary data collected through literature review. The findings indicate that the People's Welfare Bureau of East Java Province is pivotal in addressing the reduction of stunting through the School or Madrasah Health Enterprise Development Team, which has become the focus of the East Java Provincial Government's actions. Collaborating with relevant stakeholders in tackling the acceleration of stunting reduction through the School or Madrasah Health Enterprise Development Team can aid in achieving the target percentage of stunting situations in East Java, reducing to 13.5% by 2024. Through the School or Madrasah Health Enterprise Development Team, it is hoped that the People's Welfare Bureau can actively contribute to the success of the government's program regarding the national movement to prevent and reduce stunting.

The Supervisor of the East Java Province Manpower and Transmigration service has a role in ensuring occupational safety and health in his area. One of its roles is to facilitate services in the field of work safety, organize monitoring efforts for workers and the community, as well as medical laboratory services and environmental testing laboratories. The aim of this research is to determine the role of the East Java Province Manpower and Transmigration Service in carrying out in-depth occupational safety and health supervision of entrepreneurs/companies in the workplace environment. The research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. In this research, the data sources used to complete the writing are primary data sources and secondary data sources. So the data analysis in this research is based on 3 (three) Government roles in monitoring occupational safety and health namely Regulator, Dynamisator, Facilitator. The results of the research show that the role ofthe government of the East Java Manpower and Transmigration Service has not been carried out optimally because the government lacks direct attention to see the obstacles experienced by workers, both in terms of guidance and training, as well as facilities and infrastructure which are not distributed evenly

The social conflict between the Syiah and Sunni groups in Sampang Regency, East Java due to differences in understanding has caused social risks for the Shia Group in the form of discrimination which led to rejection, requiring them to leave their homes and take refuge in the Jemundo Flat in Sidoarjo Regency. As stated in the East Java Governor Regulation No. 44 of 2021 which also discusses social assistance, the East Java Provincial Welfare Bureau participated in handling social risks due to the conflict that occurred by providing social assistance in the form of life insurance in cash for the victims. However, there are discrepancies in its implementation, namely related to the period of providing social assistance that exceeds the grace period for conflict. This study aims to determine the role of the Kesra Bureau in providing social assistance in the form of a final stage of life insurance at the end of October 2023 for Ex-Sampang Social Conflict Victims in 2023. This research is descriptive qualitative using the Miles and Huberman analysis method. Primary data used was obtained through observation, documentation and interviews as well as secondary data through related journals and websites. The research locus is located at the Bureau of Welfare of the Regional Secretariat of East Java Province. The results showed that the Welfare Bureau had carried out the provision of social assistance in the form of life insurance in the final stage on October 30, 2023 at the Jemundo Flat, Sidoarjo Regency. This indicates that the Welfare Bureau with the help of relevant stakeholders has carried out its role in providing late-stage social assistance according to the criteria for providing social assistance as in Governor Regulation No. 44 of 2021 Article 30, namely meeting the requirements of beneficiaries, selective, temporary and not continuous, except in certain circumstances it can be sustainable, and adjusted to the intended use.

Population Administration is a very important thing in the life of a country. If people are orderly in population administration then all matters in population administration will be very easy, otherwise if it is not orderly it will be the opposite. Orderly Administering also has a big influence on the country. If the community has orderly administration then all governance processes will always be easy. Unfortunately, in Indonesia, most people are not orderly in Adminduk. Therefore, the government issued the Kalimasada Program or Adminduk Aware Community Environmental Area. One of them, Benowo Village, with a fairly dense population, has been successful in implementing the Kalimasada Program, 85% of which has been completed. This research aims to find out how the implementation of the Kalimasada Program in Benowo Village is said to be successful. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, and the location of this research was carried out in Benowo Village, Pakal District, Surabaya City. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the Kalimasada Program has been considered successful in being implemented in Benowo Village. With house-to-house surveys and interviews, this program can be implemented more quickly among residents. Many residents have carried out renewal and registration of administrative documents such as renewing family cards, making birth certificates and death certificates, making KIA and new records. With the assistance of supporting actors, namely MSib intern students, Head/Mrs. RT, KSH, and sub-district officers. It is hoped that with the running of this program the public will become more aware of the importance of parent administration and always updating the data.

Implementasi Kebijakan Program Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA) di Kelurahan Krembangan Utara Kota Surabaya

Population issues continue to be a problem in Indonesia, and population registration is being carried out in Kembangan Utara Subdistrict in Surabaya City. The government's effort to overcome this population problem is by publishing Child Identity Cards (KIA). KIA is organized by the Population and Civil Registration Service (Disdukcapil) in districts/cities throughout Indonesia with the aim of providing population identity to children in Indonesia. Apart from that, the implementation of KIA aims to protect and fulfill children's constitutional rights, which is a national program. The aim of the research is to examine the implementation of the KIA policy at the Population and Civil Registration Service and the Residents of Krembangan Utara Subdistrict, Surabaya City, as well as to provide information on the driving and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the policy. The method used in this research is descriptive and qualitative, and data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation methods. Secondary data was also obtained from journals and previous research. The results of this research show that the implementation of the KIA policy at the Population and Civil Registration Service in Krembangan Utara Subdistrict, Surabaya City is quite good, but there are still many advantages and disadvantages in terms of communication and resources, implementation and bureaucratic structure. Second, facilities and cooperation with third parties are supporting factors for implementing KIA at the Population and Civil Registry Service, Krembangan Utara Subdistrict, Surabaya City. On the other hand, the inhibiting factor is in the community sector.

Pengaruh Penerapan Konsep Perpajakan Modern terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak

Taxes are one of the largest types of state receipts and are used to finance government affairs, equalization of development, and social welfare of people. In order to increase tax revenue from taxpayers, the government has implemented a more modern taxation system that is expected to improve compliance by taxpayers, which include e-registration, e-VAT, and e-billing. The study was intended to find out how the application of the modern taxation system influences taxpayer compliance. In this study, the type of research used is a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data, that is, data obtained from the results of the questionnaire, and secondary data as supporting data. The results of the study showed that, firstly, variable X1 had no influence on variable Y. However, simultaneously, variables X1, X2 and X3 had a significant effect on the taxpayer compliance variable in KPP Pratama Gorontalo (Calculate more than Ftabel).

The function of the family is of concern to many parties, one of which is the government's attention because the family is the first step to creating a better quality of life. The aim of establishing a counseling corner is to change behavior or circumstances in clients who previously had or did things that were not good. Another aim is to ensure mental health and find solutions to the problems faced by clients, as well as improving the quality of the client's self. Apart from that, the goal that we really want to achieve with the existence of a counseling corner in the RW hall is to create a better life and personality. So Puspaga services are provided at the Bubutan Village RW Hall, which is one of the innovations of the Surabaya City Government to bring public services closer to the community. Research on Policy Implementation for Family Counseling Corners and Family Learning Centers uses descriptive methods with a case study approach. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the Counseling Corner Facilitators and Puspaga facilitators have been able to provide closer services to the community by providing Puspaga Balai RW services in Bubutan Village which include counseling and psychological assistance, socialization or promotion and parenting services.

Every community has the right to obtain prosperity in living life in a country. To fulfill this right, the government's role is needed to provide quality services effectively and efficiently. Public services in the field of population administration are crucial services. Surabaya, as the second largest city with a fairly dense population, is the responsibility of the Surabaya City Government to overcome several population administration problems in the City of Surabaya. The Surabaya City Government continues to carry out various innovation programs in efforts to improve the quality of population administration services. Jebol Anduk is a form of innovation program implemented in all sub-districts in the city of Surabaya to answer this problem. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The focus of this research is the implementation of the Jebol Anduk program as an innovation in an effort to improve the quality of services in Kedung Baruk Village, Surabaya City through 4 variables from Edward III's Policy Implementation Theory, namely: 1. Communication, 2. Resources, 3. Bureaucratic Structure, 4. Disposition. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Jebol Anduk (Population Administration Ball Pickup) Program in Kedung Baruk Village, Surabaya City has been carried out well. The Jebol Anduk program also helps residents of Kedung Baruk Subdistrict who have limited time and knowledge regarding managing population documents.

Penerapan Paradigma Whole Of Government dalam Pelayanan Pusat Pembelajaran Keluarga pada Kelurahan Pakis, Kecamatan Sawahan, Kota Surabaya

This study aims to reveal the form of the Whole of Government paradigm in the implementation of the PUSPAGA Balai RW program in Surabaya City. The policy implementation review uses Edward III's policy implementation factor analysis, which states the success of policy implementation on four factors, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research location is in RW 03, Pakis, Sawahan District, Surabaya City. The research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research data uses secondary data and primary data. Secondary data collection techniques use literature study techniques. Primary data collection uses two methods, namely observation and interview. The observations were conducted for four months from September to December. Interviews were conducted with two informants, namely Kasie Kesra, Village, and Surabaya RW 3 Cadre Coordinator Village. The results revealed that the four factors of Edward III's policy implementation had been well implemented. The Puspaga policy implementation process involves various stakeholders to achieve program success. The Puspaga program in RW 3 Village, has a positive impact on community welfare because it reduces the number of Domestic Violence. Based on this description, it was concluded that the Puspaga program is an application of the Whole of Government Paradigm.

RW Hall, as a center for social and cultural activities, is key in creating an environment that supports and understands community needs. The purpose of researchers using this type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach, so that researchers can collect information that is in accordance with reality and can answer all formulations that focus on Implementation and Supporting and Inhibiting Factors for Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) Utilization Policy in Financial Reporting of the Biak Numfor Regency Government. The primary data obtained comes from SIMDA Structural Officers and Operators at the Regional Equipment Organization (OPD) of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Biak Numfor Regency and Secondary comes from financial statement data for the last 4 years. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observations and documentation studies using data analysis, data presentation, data condensation, data presentation so as to draw a conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of the SIMDA Finance policy in BPKAD Biak Num Regency went well. However, there are still inhibiting factors such as limited competent officers/operators, limited budget/funds, and human error in inputting data.

Domestic violence or (KDRT), is a phenomenon of social problems within the family sphere that is rife in Indonesia, especially in big cities such as Surabaya as a result of economic problems, overcrowding and other problems. Responding to this problem, the Surabaya City Government initiated a Family Learning Center (Puspaga) program which was inaugurated in 2017. One of the areas that held the Puspaga program was RW 3 Banyu Urip Village, Sawahan District, Surabaya City. This study aims to reveal the principles of good governance contained in the implementation of Puspaga program policies in RW 3. Policy implementation analysis uses Edward III's policy implementation model which consists of four aspects, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research uses qualitative approaches and descriptive methods in the elaboration of research data. Research data collection techniques were carried out on secondary data in the form of literature studies, and on primary data using in-depth observation methods and closed interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model. The research suggests that the Puspaga policy implementation program has run well and meets six principles in good governance, namely the principles of professionalism, accountability, transparency, excellent service, democracy and participation, efficiency and effectiveness, rule of law, while in the principle of transparency no data on budget resources was found due to limited researchers in finding informants.

The implementation of Community Empowerment is an important process in improving the quality of life of the community and increasing community participation. One of them is in strengthening literacy, which is a key strategy in increasing the capacity of individuals and community groups to face challenges in an increasingly complex information age. This study aims to explain the concepts, strategies, and impacts of community empowerment implementation by explaining how community empowerment is implemented in various contexts of strengthening literacy, focusing on improving the ability to read, write, and understand information in Putat Kidul Village. The research method used in this journal is a qualitative research method by conducting interviews, observations, and document analysis to collect data with community members involved in empowerment programs. The author uses 4 research focuses, namely the provision of resources, opportunities, knowledge and skills. The results of this study show that community empowerment in an effort to strengthen literacy and numeracy in Putat Kidul Village, Gondanglegi District has not been carried out optimally due to inadequate technological resources for the teaching and learning process such as laptops and projectors.

Grant funds have become an important instrument in supporting the development of various sectors, including education and community welfare. The aim of this research is to study the role and influence of grant funds in improving these sectors. In addition, this research explains the process of applying for grant funds from the grant application stage to the grant accountability reporting stage. Domestic Regulation Number 23 of 2011 concerning guidelines for providing grants and social assistance from the APBN states that the aim of managing grants and social assistance is to ensure orderly administration, high accountability and management transparency. The allocation of social welfare spending in provincial and city government budgets in Indonesia is an implementation of social development which aims to reduce poverty not only in terms of income and consumption, but also in terms of social and environmental aspects. It can be seen that the flow of grant aid has a coherent procedure starting from the application to the disbursement process. There is a system that regulates the flow of grant aid so that the application process is easier.

The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The results of the research show that the General Bureau of the Household Section of the Regional Secretariat of East Java Province has quality human resources (HR) as evidenced by participation in certification and good communication between officials providing goods and services and staff providing goods and services who play a role.

Efektivitas Kelas Parenting dalam Meningkatkan pola Asuh Anak di Kelurahan Banyu Urip

The effectiveness of the Parenting Class in improving parenting in Kelurahan Banyu Urip shows positive and significant results. The program facilitates learning good parenting practices and actively involves parents in efforts to prevent child abuse and neglect. In addition, the program builds solidarity networks among parents and provides emotional support. The results show that the program has successfully changed parenting patterns and increased the role of parents in child development. Suggestions for improving the program include conducting ongoing evaluations and replicating similar programs in other areas to reach more families who can benefit.

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of knowledge, trust and reputation of the institution on the intention to pay zakat through BSI mobile. The population used in this research is the people of Bogor district, the research sample is 100 respondents. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach method, and uses the SEM (structural equation modeling) data analysis method with the PLS (partial least square) approach which is processed using the Smart PLS 4 application. This research aims to describe how anxiety affects 120 basketball players who have previously participated in competitions. The method used in this research is a descriptive method that provides a clear picture of a situation as possible without any special treatment of the object being studied. The scale used is the Sport Anxiety Scale (SAS). The item discrimination test consists of 21 items with total scores ranging from 0.556 to 0.881, and it can be said to be of good quality with a reliability of 0.963. This research obtained a hypothetical mean value of 63 and an empirical mean value of 77.19, which falls into the moderate sport anxiety scale. It can be concluded that this can cause disturbances to the concentration and physiological changes of basketball players when facing a competition.

From the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the Carbon Emission Disclosure variable has a positive influence on Investment Efficiency, another positive influence is given by ESG Disclosure on Investment Efficiency, and Financial Flexibility moderates or strengthens the influence of Carbon Emission Disclosure on Investment Efficiency, but Financial Flexibility cannot strengthen the influence of ESG Disclosure on Investment Efficiency.

In this case, mining companies need to carry out post-mining reclamation to reduce the impact of environmental damage. Post-mining reclamation activities need to be disclosed by the company in the sustainability report. This research aims to determine the analysis of disclosure of information on the implementation of post-mining reclamation in the 2021 sustainability report and analyze the suitability of the disclosure based on the provisions of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 07 of 2014 (articles 12&16). This research was conducted on coal mining companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2021. The total sample taken was 34 company units selected using a non-probability sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling. Based on the criteria created, 13 mining companies were selected and then content analysis and scoring techniques would be carried out based on the criteria in the regulations used. The results of the research analysis show that the disclosure of post-mining reclamation information is still less than optimal/maximum. Based on the established criteria, the average suitability of information disclosure is still quite low, in the range of 45-50%. Thus, mining companies must remain consistent in publishing sustainability reports and need to increase the suitability of disclosure of post-mining reclamation activities in accordance with applicable regulations. For further research, more variables, company sectors and regulatory references should be used to analyze the disclosure of a company's sustainability report.

Data collection is carried out using a direct acquisition system from the parties concerned. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research results show that the payroll system that occurs at the BPDAS Jeneberang Saddang office is in accordance with the Operational Procedure System (SOP) that has been established by the Ministry of Finance, namely the payroll system that is implemented at the BPDAS Jeneberang Saddang office is good in terms of providing documents relating to payroll system. With the existing problems and limitations, a system for managing and collecting trade receivables is designed, with the existence of This system can help companies to manage their receivables and help business partner owners monitor their business bills so that they can increase efficiency and effectiveness in billing and managing their receivables. Information system development uses the Waterfall method approach with stages of software requirements analysis, design, program code creation, testing, and support or maintenance. The features for the receivables management and collection system consist of business partners, access, invoices, payments, warning letters, reports and profiles. Based on the analysis carried out, the results showed that the difference in invoice issuance process cycle time was 6.33 hours and the efficiency increase was 3.86%, then the billing process cycle time difference was 9.91 hours and the efficiency increase was 13.14%, as well as the difference in processing time. payment of 18.8 hours and additional efficiency of 8.39%.
