In implementing the distribution of grant aid, the East Java Regional Secretariat's People's Welfare Bureau is the institution tasked with administering administrative matters. The People's Welfare Bureau is a facilitator for community organizations, one of which is supporting operational vehicles for community organizations. However, in practice, the role as a facilitator still has obstacles in the administration process. The research method used is a qualitative method which aims to determine the role of the People's Welfare Bureau as an operational facilitator of community organizations and to find solutions to the problems mentioned above. The research results show that the flow of submissions, procurement and accountability is quite good. However, there are still obstacles related to the special conditions for applying for grant funds as well as regulations regarding the letter of accountability for the applicant's responsibility to the provincial government, which is a weakness in terms of accountability for the circulation of grant funds. Micro data analysis (Riskesdas 2013) reveals that East Java Province is ranked 15th among all provinces in Indonesia with a prevalence rate of 35.7% for stunting. Referring to Presidential Regulation Number 72 of 2021, the East Java Provincial Government is striving to expedite the reduction of stunting, especially within the scope of schools or madrasahs. The East Java Provincial Government has issued Governor's Decree No. 188/330/KPTS/013/2022 concerning the School or Madrasah Health Enterprise Development Team in East Java Province. Therefore, the People's Welfare Bureau of East Java Province, as a facilitator in the basic healthcare sector, plays a role in accelerating the reduction of stunting through the School or Madrasah Health Enterprise Development Team in East Java. This study adopts a qualitative approach using the descriptive analysis method by Miles and Huberman's model. The research utilizes primary data obtained through interviews, observations, group discussions, as well as secondary data collected through literature review. The findings indicate that the People's Welfare Bureau of East Java Province is pivotal in addressing the reduction of stunting through the School or Madrasah Health Enterprise Development Team, which has become the focus of the East Java Provincial Government's actions. Collaborating with relevant stakeholders in tackling the acceleration of stunting reduction through the School or Madrasah Health Enterprise Development Team can aid in achieving the target percentage of stunting situations in East Java, reducing to 13.5% by 2024. As stated in the East Java Governor Regulation No. 44 of 2021 which also discusses social assistance, the East Java Provincial Welfare Bureau participated in handling social risks due to the conflict that occurred by providing social assistance in the form of life insurance in cash for the victims. However, there are discrepancies in its implementation, namely related to the period of providing social assistance that exceeds the grace period for conflict. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the Kalimasada Program has been considered successful in being implemented in Benowo Village. Apart from that, the implementation of KIA aims to protect and fulfill children's constitutional rights, which is a national program. The aim of the research is to examine the implementation of the KIA policy at the Population and Civil Registration Service and the Residents of Krembangan Utara Subdistrict, Surabaya City, as well as to provide information on the driving and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the policy. The research location is in RW 03, Pakis, Sawahan District, Surabaya City. The research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research data uses secondary data and primary data. Secondary data collection techniques use literature study techniques. Primary data collection uses two methods, namely observation and interview. The results revealed that the four factors of Edward III's policy implementation had been well implemented. This study aims to reveal the principles of <em>good governance </em>contained in the implementation of Puspaga program policies in RW 3. Policy implementation analysis uses Edward III's policy implementation model which consists of four aspects, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research uses qualitative approaches and descriptive methods in the elaboration of research data. Research data collection techniques were carried out on secondary data in the form of literature studies, and on primary data using in-depth observation methods and closed interviews. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model. The aim of this research is to determine objective metrics that can be applied to evaluate the effectiveness of glowing treatment in a specific context. By using a specially made application, you collect data from participants receiving the Glowing Treatment. This application records information about skin hydration, elasticity, and redness intensity. In addition, images obtained before and after therapy are used for visual analysis. In this case, mining companies need to carry out post-mining reclamation to reduce the impact of environmental damage. Post-mining reclamation activities need to be disclosed by the company in the sustainability report. This research aims to determine the analysis of disclosure of information on the implementation of post-mining reclamation in the 2021 sustainability report and analyze the suitability of the disclosure based on the provisions of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 07 of 2014 (articles 12&amp;16). This research was conducted on coal mining companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2021. The total sample taken was 34 company units selected using a non-probability sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling. Based on the criteria created, 13 mining companies were selected and then content analysis and scoring techniques would be carried out based on the criteria in the regulations used. The results of the research analysis show that the disclosure of post-mining reclamation information is still less than optimal/maximum. Based on the established criteria, the average suitability of information disclosure is still quite low, in the range of 45-50%. Thus, mining companies must remain consistent in publishing sustainability reports and need to increase the suitability of disclosure of post-mining reclamation activities in accordance with applicable regulations. Meanwhile, the performance measurement that is owned only pays attention to the financial aspect and is not comprehensive to overcome these problems. Based on this, the company needs to formulate performance measurements that pay attention to financial and non-financial aspects. One of the performance measurement methods is the Balanced Scorecard which pays attention to four perspectives in the company. The design of the performance measurement itself begins by considering the internal and external conditions of the company through the SWOT method to formulate a strategy based on the company's vision and mission. From the strategy is derived into strategic goals which are then formulated Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Each level of importance is weighted on each indicator using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. It is known that the number of BOS and BOC occurring at Perum LPPNPI MATSC Branch has increased. The incident that occurred was one of the lack of implementation of Safety Culture towards the optimal implementation of Air Traffic Services, identifying symptoms of accidents that could occur due to human error.</em> <em>This research is included in quantitative research, with a sample size of 40 respondents using probability sampling techniques. Putra Perkasa Abadi is targeting overburden productivity on its PC2000 excavator to be 820bcm/hour, but the company wants to increase or increase production by modifying the PC2000 excavator from the standard size of only 12m³ to 14m³ without changing other components in order to get better results. more without increasing operational costs and costs for removing soil layers. The modified tool is PC2000 with hull number EX2045 bucket 14m³ by comparing the standard tool PC2000 with hull number EX2044 bucket 12m³, the picking test was carried out on 16 December 2023 shift 1.
