This study aimed to analyze the influence of parental support and peer support on students' career decision-making at SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. Career decision-making is an important developmental task during adolescence and is influenced by various internal and external factors. Parental and peer support represent forms of social support that help students recognize their potential, obtain career information, and strengthen their confidence in choosing future educational and occupational pathways. This research employed a quantitative approach using a correlational research design. The sample consisted of 120 students selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics. The findings revealed that parental support had a positive and significant effect on students' career decision-making. Peer support also showed a positive and significant influence on career decision-making. Simultaneously, both variables contributed significantly to students' career decisions. These findings indicate that stronger social support from parents and peers enhances students' ability to make appropriate career decisions. Therefore, collaboration among families, peer groups, and school counseling services should be strengthened to facilitate students in planning and making mature career decisions.
