In the Qur’an, the word “wind” is translated from the terms riḥ and riyaḥ. The main difference between these two terms lies in their connotations. Wind-related disasters can be caused by human disobedience to Allah’s commands, as seen in the story of the people of ‘Ad mentioned in Surah Al-Isra’ (68-69), which will be one of the verses discussed by the author along with several others. As Islam teaches its followers to reflect on the signs of Allah’s power, the author is interested in discussing the verses about wind-related disasters in the Qur’an from the perspectives of Tafsir Al-Misbah and Tafsir Al-Azhar.

Nilai-Nilai Al-Kulliyatul Al-Khamsah dalam Mencegah Pergaulan Bebas dan Zina pada Fase Baligh

Premarital sex and promiscuity have become significant issues among high school students. This qualitative study, using a phenomenological approach, investigates the implementation of al-Kulliyatul al-Khamsah (the five fundamental principles of Islam) in preventing these behaviors. The study focuses on: 1) the extent to which these principles (preserving religion, life, intellect, lineage, and wealth) are incorporated into the daily lives of adolescents at SMA Negeri 1 Widodaren; 2) the correlation between the application of these principles and the prevalence of premarital sex and promiscuity; and 3) the challenges faced in promoting these principles within this context. Data was collected through interviews with students, parents, and teachers, as well as classroom observations over one semester. Findings indicate that the application of al-Kulliyatul al-Khamsah is effective in mitigating these issues.

Penerapan Program CSR PLN dalam Pengembangan Literasi melalui Sekolah Sungai Gunung Anyar

Literacy is an essential skill that students must master in the era of disruption to face the challenges of the 21st-century digital transformation. One of the key foundational skills is basic literacy, which includes science literacy, numeracy, reading and writing, financial literacy, digital literacy, as well as cultural and citizenship literacy. Education, as a process of character development for the nation, plays a significant role in the development of these skills, particularly in early childhood education that supports physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth in children. On the other hand, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) also plays an important role in enhancing community literacy, as demonstrated by PT PLN (Persero) through the establishment of the Sekolah Sungai in Gunung Anyar Tambak, Surabaya. This CSR program aims to raise environmental literacy awareness, particularly regarding river and mangrove ecosystems, while empowering the local community. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to depict the impact of CSR PLN in literacy development through the Sekolah Sungai program, involving a lot of students and local residents. The results indicate that the program successfully raised environmental awareness, strengthened social relationships, and provided economic benefits through waste management and handicrafts. Overall, PT PLN's CSR has a positive impact on community empowerment, improved quality of life, and supports environmental sustainability around the Sekolah Sungai Gunung Anyar Tambak.

Etika Komunikasi Islam di Media Sosial: Studi Kasus Penggunaan Bahasa dan Gaya Berkomunikasi Ustadz Abdul Somad

This research aims to analyze Islamic communication ethics applied by Ustadz Abdul Somad through case studies of his use of language and communication style on social media. The method used in this research is content analysis by examining various lectures and posts by Ustadz Abdul Somad on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and Twitter. The main focus of this research is to explore how Ustadz Abdul Somad uses language that is polite, easy to understand, and in accordance with Islamic principles, as well as how he avoids hate speech, maintains politeness, and promotes constructive dialogue. The research results show that Ustadz Abdul Somad applies Islamic communication ethics which prioritizes openness, tolerance, honesty and trustworthiness in every message he conveys. The language used is simple but still full of meaning, and the communication style used prioritizes dialogue full of peace and respect, both between Muslims and with other parties. Thus, Ustadz Abdul Somad is an example of implementing Islamic communication ethics in the digital era, where technology and social media can be effective means for spreading da'wah wisely and responsibly.

Diferensiasi Muthola’ah Metode Qiro’ati VI Jilid dan V Jilid untuk Peningkatan Mutu Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Anak Usia Dini: Studi Kasus di TPQ. Choiry Ikhsan Warung Dowo

This research aims to identify the differentiation of the Muthola'ah Qira'ati Volume VI and Volume V methods in improving the quality of Al-Qur'an learning in early childhood at TPQ Choiry Ikhsan Warung Dowo. The Qira'ati method, which teaches reading the Al-Qur'an according to the rules of tajwid and makharijul letters, is used to provide a strong foundation in the ability to read the Al-Qur'an. This research uses a case study approach with qualitative descriptive analysis, utilizing interviews, tests and documentation as data collection techniques. The research results show that the application of the Qira'ati method, both Volume VI and Volume V, succeeded in improving students' Al-Qur'an reading skills, with teachers playing a significant role through classical and individual learning. The improvement in quality can be seen from the results of the students' reading tashih which shows a good value category. This research contributes to strengthening the Al-Qur'an learning model based on the Qira'ati method, which not only emphasizes cognitive aspects, but also affective and psychomotor aspects of students.

Implementasi Kebijakan Peraturan Bupati Pamekasan Nomor 20 Tahun 2019 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Mal Pelayanan Publik

Public Service Mall (MPP) is a place where public services from various government and private agencies are integrated in one place. The Public Service Mall (MPP) concept was adopted from Georgia's Public Service Hall (PSH). In Indonesia, there are currently 206 Public Service Malls. The existence of this MPP is expected to provide convenience, speed and comfort for the public in obtaining services. The aim of the research is to find out how to implement Pamekasan Regent Regulation Policy Number 20 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Public Service Malls. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research is through data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research uses implementation theory according to Donald S. Van Meter & Van Horn which consists of six, namely policy standards and targets, resources, communication between organizations, characteristics of implementing organizations, social, economic and political conditions, attitudes/dispositions of executives. The results of the research show that the implementation of PERBUP Pamekasan Policy Number 20 of 2019 has gone well.

Problematika Guru dalam Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Sejarah Lokal Banten: Studi Kasus: SMAN 2 Pandeglang

This study aims to determine the problems faced by teachers in developing local Banten history teaching materials, in class X of SMAN 2 Pandeglang. The method used in this study is qualitative, with a case study approach. This research was conducted in classes X-I, X-J, X-K and X-L. The research was conducted on August 26 - September 5, 2024. The focus of the research studied in this thesis is: the problems faced by history teachers in developing local Banten history teaching materials. The purpose of this study is: to find out the problems faced by history teachers in developing teaching materials for Banten local history. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used by the researcher used the Miles and Huberman model which includes: Data reduction, Data presentation, and Verification or Conclusion drawing. The research procedure conducted is divided into three stages, namely: Pre-field stage, implementation stage and reporting stage. Based on the research results obtained by the researcher, it shows that: the problems faced by teachers in developing local Banten history teaching materials are in the emphasis of local history materials that connect with the national curriculum, resulting in limited resources to develop teaching materials, especially in the Banten region, in addition, teachers have difficulty finding references regarding local Banten historical material because cultural events or studies, especially in the Banten region, have few or even no sources of information, and some historical events and their origins are difficult to determine. Due to this problem, it affects teachers in developing local Banten history teaching materials which cannot be realized properly.

The prevention of sexual harassment among students is a major challenge that requires a holistic approach, involving an understanding of power dynamics, social norms, and clear, firm campus policies. Several theories can be used to develop effective strategies in preventing sexual harassment among students. This study aims to explore the relationship between the role of parents and women's clothing choices in the prevention of sexual harassment. The method used in this study is quantitative analysis, involving 52 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring the variables of parental role, women's clothing, and sexual harassment prevention. This research uses both descriptive and quantitative research types.The results of the descriptive analysis show that the average score for parental role is 35.87, women's clothing is 33.42, and sexual harassment prevention is 35.31. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of the role of parents in educating their children about safe clothing choices and behaviors that help prevent sexual harassment. This research is expected to contribute to efforts in preventing sexual harassment through education and public awareness.

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of professionalism, appreciation, job placement on employee performance at KPP Pratama Surakarta. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of KPP Pratama Surakarta, which were 101 people. The research sample was the entire population of 101 people or all employees of KPP Pratama Surakarta. The sampling technique was carried out by means of saturated or census samples.The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show thatProfessionalism has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at KPP Pratama Surakarta, Awards have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at KPP Pratama Surakarta, Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at KPP Pratama Surakarta, and Job placement has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at KPP Pratama Surakarta.

This study aims to analyze the role of teacher leadership in enhancing the quality of learning in schools. In an ever-evolving educational context, teacher leadership emerges as a key factor in creating an effective and innovative learning environment. The research employs a case study method with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with teachers, school principals, and students from several primary and secondary schools. The findings indicate that effective teacher leadership can motivate students, enhance collaboration among peers, and encourage the implementation of more creative teaching methods. Furthermore, support from school management significantly contributes to the success of teacher leadership. These findings are expected to provide insights for the development of educational policies and leadership practices in schools

Village Apparatus Performance in “Jotacorubo” Village, Weru District

This research aims to examine the influence of the variables of Leadership, Utilization of Information Technology, Competence, and Communication on the Performance of Village Apparatus. In this study, the author uses a quantitative descriptive method to determine the magnitude and significance of the influence between variables. The research was conducted in the village of "Jotacorubo," Weru District, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java Province. The population of all village officials in the village of "Jotacorubo," Weru District, totaling 58 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the census technique. The sample size taken was 58 people or respondents. The variables used in this study consist of 2 (two), namely the dependent variable (Y) and the independent variable (X). The dependent variable (Y) is performance, and the independent variable (X) includes leadership, the utilization of information technology, competence, and communication. Based on the research conducted on the village officials in Jotacorubo Village, Weru District, with the independent variables tested being, the utilization of information technology, competence, and communication, all of leadership which affects the performance of the village officials. In this study, the determination coefficient test yielded an Adjusted R Square value of 0.651, which means that the contribution of the independent variables—leadership, the utilization of technology, competence, and communication—towards the performance variable simultaneously is 65.1%, and the remaining 34.9% is attributed to other factors outside this study.

Determinants of Teacher Performance at State Senior High School 1 Plupuh Sragen Regency

This study aims to see the effect of commitment, organizational culture, supervision and training on the performance of educators. The research design is a survey research. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Plupuh, which is located on the Sambirejo - Plupuh Sragen highway in June-August 2024. The object of the research was educators of SMA Negeri 1 Plupuh totaling 40 educators in the 2023/2024 academic year. The population of this study was all educators who taught at SMA Negeri 1 Plupuh totaling 40 educators. The sample taken in this study was all educators of SMA Negeri 1 Plupuh, so the sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique. The variables in this study consisted of the independent variables used in this study are commitment, organizational culture, supervision and training. The dependent variable used in this study is educator performance. These variables were then processed using multiple regression analysis tools using SPSS 25 software. The results of the study concluded that commitment, organizational culture, supervision, and training contributed to educator performance. performance of educators at SMA Negeri 1 Plupuh.Based on the calculation results, the adjusted R square value was obtained as 0.937. This means that the variables of commitment, organizational culture, supervision, and training contributed to the performance of educators by 93.7%, while the remaining 6.3% was explained by other variables not proposed in this study.

Penerapan Aplikasi E-Learning dan Akun Belajar.id dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran di Sekolah

This research aims to examine the application of e-learning applications and the Belajar.id account in improving the quality of learning in schools. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were teachers and students at schools who had implemented e-learning applications and Belajar.id accounts. The research results show that the implementation of e-learning applications and the Belajar.id account has a positive impact on the quality of learning. This is demonstrated through increased student learning motivation, accessibility of learning materials and more effective teacher-student interactions. However, this research also found several obstacles, such as a lack of internet access in some areas and a lack of training for teachers in using e-learning applications. This research recommends that schools continue to support the development of technological infrastructure and provide adequate training for teachers to maximize the use of e-learning applications and Belajar.id accounts in improving the quality of learning.

The Effect of Service Quality, Store Image and Price Fairness Perception on Loyalty Through Customer Satisfaction in Coffee Shop

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived service quality, store image and perceived price fairness on loyalty through coffee shop customer satisfaction in Tangerang district. The target sample of this study were customers of 3 coffee shops in Tangerang district. There were a total of 260 respondents who participated in this study. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed online via google form. The data were analyzed using a partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The results confirmed that service quality, store image and price fairness all three have a direct and significant relationship with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. In addition, other findings show that service quality, store image and price fairness have a significant indirect effect on customer loyalty through the mediating effect of customer satisfaction. This research provides guidance to service providers on how to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through an emphasis on price fairness, store image and service quality. it can be suggested that if a coffee shop company wants to increase customer loyalty what it must do is attract loyal and new customers.

The Influence of Argument Quality, Trustworthy Sources, Kindness, on Purchase Intention on TikTok Shop Through Consumer Welfare

This study aims to analyse the effect of argument quality, trusted sources, and kindness on consumer purchase intention at TikTok Shop, with consumer well-being as a mediating variable. In today's digital era, TikTok Shop as an e-commerce platform is increasingly popular and has become the main means for consumers to make purchases. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method to collect data from 242 respondents who are active users of TikTok Shop. This research is quantitative research using the Lisrel Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The results showed that trusted sources have an indirect effect on purchase intention, namely through the quality of the argument and also consumer well-being. These findings provide important insights for marketers and sellers at TikTok Shop to understand what influences purchasing decisions. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective marketing strategies on social media-based e-commerce platforms.

The Influence of Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty on WOM in E-commerce: A Case Study of Local Fashion Products

Along with technological developments, shopping via e-commerce is increasingly popular with the public. This is because it is more practical and also provides competitive prices. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty to generate WOM in local fashion products that use e-commerce. The population in this research is local fashion product customers who make purchases using e-commerce and live in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi areas, with a sample of 270 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire which was distributed online via Google Form. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling. Analysis uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and WOM. This research provides managerial implications for the management of local fashion product companies in JABODETABEK that sell via e- commerce in terms of increasing the positive WOM of their customers by improving service quality. This study can be developed by conducting research in other locations or for other products and can also add other variables that influence customers' positive WOM.

Manajemen Isu Penetapan Kuota Haji Tambahan oleh Kementerian Agama dalam Penyelenggaraan Haji Tahun 1445 H/ 2024 M

Research on the issue management of the determination of additional hajj quotas by the Ministry of Religion in the Implementation of the Hajj in 1445 H/2024 M is an interesting topic. Based on the results of searching for articles published in 2014-2024 with the keywords "Ministry of Religion", "Hajj Quota", and "Issue Management" using the Garuda Kemdikbud search engine and Research Gate from September 15 to October 15, 2024, there has been no research that specifically discusses this matter. This study aims to determine the five stages of issue management regarding the determination of additional hajj quotas by the Ministry of Religion in the Implementation of the Hajj in 1445 H/2024 M. The research method uses qualitative descriptive case studies to determine the five stages of issue management by the Ministry of Religion as in the Issue Management Theory by Chase and Jones. The results are that the Ministry of Religion carries out issue identification, issue analysis, program formulation, program implementation, and program evaluation, so that the image of the institution is maintained and does not cause an ongoing crisis. This research is useful for various groups, especially as a reference for the stages of issue management amidst the lack of references on the topic.

Supervisi Akademik dengan Pendekatan Kolaboratif untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Lulusan: Studi Kasus di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Kecamatan Serpong Utara Kota Tangerang Selatan

This study examines the implementation of collaborative academic supervision at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum, North Serpong District, South Tangerang City, as a strategy to enhance teaching quality and graduate outcomes. Collaborative academic supervision was conducted based on the management principles proposed by Terry (2021), namely planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the Atlas.ti 9 software to generate a network view visualization illustrating the relationships among key supervision categories, such as understanding, process, participation, obstacles, evaluation, and benefits. The results indicate that this supervision significantly improved teacher performance, the variety of teaching methods, the use of technology, and student engagement in learning. The evaluation revealed an increase in teacher ratings from 54.5% rated B and 45.5% rated A in the first semester to 27.3% rated B and 72.7% rated A in the subsequent semester, reflecting a 27.27% improvement from B to A. This supervision also fostered a conducive, innovative, and student-centered learning environment, enhancing community satisfaction with the quality of education. This study recommends collaborative supervision as an effective approach to support the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in madrasahs.

Efektivitas Psikoedukasi Problem Focused Coping: dalam Menurunkan Caregivers Emotional Burden Lansia

The elderly need support from companions or caregivers, both from family and volunteers. Elderly care requires a lot of time and effort, especially when the elderly experience conditions such as dementia, chronic diseases, or physical disabilities. The majority of elderly nurses in Indonesia come from family environments because the culture in Indonesia emphasizes kinship and attachment between families. A caregiver is an individual who has a personal relationship such as family, friends, or relatives who are willing to volunteer to help an individual with a chronic illness or disability. Family Caregivers often experience the emotional burden of stress, physical and mental exhaustion, as well as mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, as the average caregiver spends about 8-13 hours per day caring for them. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of psychoeducational problem focused coping in reducing the emotional burden of elderly caregivers. This research method uses an experimental research method with a nonequivalent design. The hypothesis of this study is whether psychoeducation problem-focused coping effectively reduces the emotional burden of caregivers of the elderly in Kulon Progo with the types of a control group and an experimental group. The results of this study showed that v by as much as 0.000<0.05, aimed at reducing emotional burden in the experimental group compared to the control group that did not receive treatment. Psychoeducation of problem focused coping can be used as one of the methods that can be used to reduce the emotional burden on caregivers

Analisis Perilaku Konsumtif Belanja Online Aplikasi Tokopedia Pada Pekerja di Kota Surabaya

Motivation for shopping is not solely driven by the need to fulfill basic necessities but also by the desire to satisfy personal wants. This issue is further intensified by the easy access to e-commerce platforms like Tokopedia, which offer a wide range of products. Individuals with higher incomes may be more susceptible to consumerist behavior when shopping online. This research seeks to investigate the impact of lifestyle, the use of digital wallets (e-wallets), and self-control on consumer behavior in online shopping through the Tokopedia app among workers in Surabaya City The research uses a quantitative method, employing a Likert scale for data measurement. Probability sampling with simple random sampling is the technique applied, yielding a sample of 94 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software, which involved validity testing, reliability testing, structural model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that lifestyle significantly influences consumerist behavior in online shopping through the Tokopedia app among workers in Surabaya City. However, the use of digital wallets (e-wallets) does not contribute to consumerist behavior in online shopping through the Tokopedia app among these workers, and self-control significantly influences consumerist behavior in online shopping through the Tokopedia app among workers in Surabaya City.

Pemikiran Nasiruddin Al-Albani Tentang Hadis Kewajiban Orang Sakit dan Proses Pembimbingannya dalam Kitab Ahkam Al-Janaiz

This article will discuss the thoughts of one of the scholars of hadith, Nasiruddin al-Albani, regarding the obligations for someone who is sick and some things that need to be done when the illness has reached its limit. This discussion refers to Nasiruddin al-Albani's work, namely the book Ahkam al-Janaiz wa bida'uha in the chapter ma yajibu ‘ala maridh or obligations for the sick. This article research uses qualitative research methods, especially through library research by taking primary data sources from the book Ahkam al-Janaiz wa bida'uha and secondary data from journal articles, scientific books and related literature. This research also uses the theory of Islamic spiritual guidance to find out the steps taken in Islamic spiritual guidance are the same as the thoughts of a Nasiruddin al-Albani who has the basis of the Prophet's hadith. The results of this study indicate that there are similarities in the process of handling patients using spiritual guidance methods with Nasiruddin al-Albani's thoughts about the obligations for the sick even though it is recommended with the assistance of people who are experts in their fields.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the academic supervision management carried out by the head of SMK Tarbuyatunnasiin in improving teacher performance. This research uses qualitative methods with three main techniques in data collection, namely observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. To ensure data validity, researchers applied triangulation techniques by validating data through programme documents and other written evidence. The combination of various data collection techniques and triangulation aims to produce valid and reliable data, related to the implementation of academic supervision in improving teacher performance at SMK Tarbiyatunnasiin. Jombang East Java. Academic supervision is in line with Gaol's (2018) opinion, especially the principal's efforts to improve teacher competence and performance, such as the ability to design lesson plans that are relevant to the SMK curriculum, skilled in determining and utilising innovative learning methods that are relevant to the vocational field, and good use of technology in the learning process. However, in the follow-up activities, the head of SMK Tarbiyatunasiin has not maximally included all education personnel to attend training either held by the school or outside the school due to constraints on competence, knowledge and adequate budget.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Surabaya Expedition Gallery. This study uses a quantitative approach using SmartPLS software to analyze. The study population was 39 employees and the sampling technique used the saturated sample method because all members of the population were used, namely 39 respondents. Data collection was carried out through interviews, surveys and questionnaires. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, R-Square tests, and bootstrapping hypothesis tests. The results showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Surabaya Expedition Gallery.

This research analyzes the influence of organizational commitment and work environment perception on turnover intention, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable among employees of PT Global JNT Cargo Semarang. High employee turnover intention motivated this research, with the assumption that low organizational commitment and a poor work environment perception are contributing factors. Job satisfaction is hypothesized to mediate this relationship. A quantitative method with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach was used. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Global JNT Cargo Semarang using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS for validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The results show that organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. However, work environment perception has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (this finding needs to be revisited). Job satisfaction partially mediates the influence of organizational commitment and work environment perception on turnover intention. This means that good organizational commitment and work environment perception can increase job satisfaction and reduce turnover intention. This research implies the need to improve organizational commitment and create a positive work environment to reduce turnover intention through increased job satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the problems and obstacles in applying ISAK 335 in the financial reporting of the Bengkulu Government Mosque. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. This research collects data through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that government-run mosques in Bengkulu City, namely, At-Taqwa Grand Mosque, Baitul Izzah Grand Mosque, and Jamik Mosque have not implemented clear accounting standards and there is no routine supervision from the government and specific regulations regarding mosque financial management. The resulting financial reports are still simple and not by standards, potentially resulting in a lack of transparency and misuse of funds. This study recommends the need for training for mosque administrators, the creation of local regulations on mosque financial management, and regular supervision by the government to improve accountability and public trust. The limitation of this study is the lack of financial report data for two of the three mosques studied, which may affect the analysis results. The findings are expected to be the basis for improvements in mosque financial management in the future.

Digital transformation has become imperative for the sustainability and growth of MSMEs amidst increasingly fierce global competition. This research aims to understand the readiness of MSMEs in adopting and leveraging digital technology, as well as to comprehend its impact on business performance and sustainability. This study employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach encompassing various aspects influencing MSMEs' digital transformation. Sample determination is conducted using snowball sampling technique, while data collection is carried out through in-depth interviews and document collection. Data analysis is performed using data source triangulation to identify key factors influencing MSMEs' readiness in facing the Industry 4.0 era. The findings of this research are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the current status and challenges faced by MSMEs in their digital transformation. Additionally, this study will also offer practical guidelines to enhance MSMEs' readiness, as well as policy recommendations that can assist MSMEs in adopting digital technology more effectively. The conclusions of this research are anticipated to contribute significantly to the development of MSMEs in the ever-changing and dynamic digital era.

This study aims to identify the impact of profitability, the effect of dividend policy, and analyze the moderating effect of company size on the relationship between profitability and market capitalization, as well as dividend policy and market capitalization in the banking sector in Indonesia. In this study, the researcher used banking companies that distributed their dividends consecutively during the period of 2018-2022 as the research object. This research is quantitative in nature, using secondary data as the research data with a total of 55 samples. The research was conducted using the panel data regression application, Eviews13, employing the moderation regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a positive and significant effect on market capitalization, and company size is able to strengthen the interaction relationship between profitability and market capitalization. However, on the other hand, dividend policy does not have a significant effect on market capitalization. The size of the company is also unable to moderate the interaction relationship between dividend policy and market capitalization.

Implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Dwi Sapta Model is applied by Merci Café in facing the increasingly competitive coffee shop industry, especially in the Sidoarjo area. IMC Model Dwi Sapta is an integrated marketing communication approach designed to deliver messages consistently through various communication channels. This model consists of three main stages, namely Discovery Circle, Intent Circle, and Strategy Circle. At the Discovery Circle stage, Merci Café uses analysis of the market, coffee consumption trends, and consumer behavior, with the aim of understanding the brand's position in the local market. Then at the Intent Circle stage focuses on identifying problems and brand advantages, which includes analyzing internal and external factors in influencing business performance. Furthermore, at the Strategy Circle stage, Merci Café designed a communication strategy by utilizing various channels, including advertising, events and experiences, public relations and publicity, word of mouth, and social media. This strategy is designed to increase awareness, strengthen customer loyalty, and create a unique experience for consumers so as to strengthen Merci Café's position in the competitive coffee shop industry. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the IMC Dwi Sapta Model can help Merci Café in strengthening its brand position in the market by using local trends and delivering effective messages to target audiences through effective communication strategies.

This research examines the verses of the Quran with the interpretation of Haji Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah (HAMKA) and Quraish Shihab. Hamka with Tafsir Al-Azhar and Quraish Shihab with Tafsir Al-Misbah. The plural Indonesian nation encourages its people to live in harmony, especially between religious communities. So tolerance is a very important attitude that must be possessed and become the personality of the Indonesian nation itself. The principles of religious beliefs must not be sacrificed for the sake of tolerance, nor should tolerance be sacrificed for the sake of religious beliefs. The Al-Qur'an has explained that we should look after each other's houses of worship, even if they belong to non-Muslims and do not comply with Islamic teachings. So this research will focus on the interpretation of the tolerance verse using interpretations from Hamka and Quraish Shihab. This research is a type of library research because this research is theoretical and philosophical in nature. The approach used by researchers is a sociological approach. The primary data sources for this research are the Tafsir al-Azhar Book from Hamka's interpretation and the Tafsir al-Misbah Book from Quraish Shihab's interpretation. The method used to collect data in this research is documentation which is carried out by digging and searching for documents from pre-existing data sources. The results of this research found that Hamka's interpretation of the tolerance verses has unique characteristics in its implementation in human life, while Quraish Shihab in interpreting the tolerance verses focuses on the basic things that underlie humans in their actions.

This study aims to analyze the Public Relations strategies implemented by the Bantul Regency General Election Commission (KPU) to enhance its image and voter participation. The research adopts a qualitative approach, employing a descriptive research model. Data collection techniques include interviews, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, comprising data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is tested using source triangulation. The findings reveal that the Public Relations strategies of the Bantul Regency KPU in promoting the 2024 election involve media publications, collaboration with educational institutions and community leaders, and the establishment of democracy volunteers to address challenges and enhance the KPU's image and voter participation.

This study aims to examine the effect of the DAPIC Problem-Solving Process learning model on students' critical thinking skills in colloid system material. The DAPIC model consists of five stages: Define, Assess, Plan, Implement, and Communicate, designed to help students develop critical thinking skills through a structured learning process relevant to everyday life. The research employs a quantitative approach, measuring critical thinking skills based on indicators developed by Ennis (1995). The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, with 32 students in each group: class XI-2 as the experimental group and class XI-1 as the control group. The research instrument is an essay test adapted to Ennis's critical thinking indicators. The results show that the significance value (Sig.) is 0.000 < α (0.05), leading to the rejection of H0 and acceptance of H1. This indicates that the DAPIC Problem-Solving Process learning model significantly affects students' critical thinking skills in colloid system material.

Good and rapid governance is needed, namely Agile Governance. The objective of this research is to provide strategic recommendations for the development of a more effective and efficient governance system in the hospital environment, as well as to enhance public trust in the healthcare services provided. This research is motivated by the importance of digital-based healthcare services in enhancing efficiency and transparency in the public sector, as well as reducing the potential for deviations and corruption. RSUD Padangan has received recognition for its implementation of risk management and cultural competence, making it a model hospital in the application of digital-based services. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach according to Creswell (2015). Data collection was conducted using primary and secondary data. The main focus of this research is to analyze how the implementation of agile governance can enhance transparency and accountability in public services, as well as reduce the potential for corruption in the health sector. The research results show that the implementation of agile governance principles by RSUD Padangan successfully increased patient satisfaction and strengthened public trust in healthcare services. The implementation of digital services, cooperation with local government, and readiness to face emergency situations are key to achieving a corruption-free region status.

The implementation of e-Government through application at the Digital Identity (Disdukcapil) of Tuban Regency aims to enhance the efficiency and accessibility of civil registration services for the community. However, the adoption of this application still faces various challenges, including low levels of digital literacy among the public, infrastructure limitations, and technical obstacles. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the IKD application in improving the quality of public services and to identify the barriers faced by the community in using this application. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews and observations with users of the IKD application and service officials. The findings indicate that although the IKD application has significant potential in supporting e-Government, there are substantial barriers to its adoption, particularly in rural areas with limited internet access. Furthermore, the IKD application is seen as needing enhancement in terms of features and data security to improve user experience and trust. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the government strengthen its outreach efforts, improve application features, and ensure user data security so that the IKD application can be optimized as an inclusive and efficient public service solution.

Pengaruh Environmental, Social, Governance Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pertambangan

This research aims to analyze the influence of Environmental Social Governance (ESG), profitability, and leverage on the value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2020-2023 period. Company value is measured using Tobin's Q, while the independent variables include ESG score, Return On Assets (ROA) as a proxy for profitability, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) as a proxy for leverage. The research method used is quantitative with a panel data regression approach. The sample consists of 19 mining companies selected through a purposive sampling method. Research data was obtained from annual reports and company sustainability reports published during the research period. The research results show that ESG and leverage do not have a significant effect on company value, while profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value. This indicates that ESG implementation has not become a primary consideration for investors in assessing companies in the mining sector, and that company debt levels have not become a primary concern in making investment decisions. It is also known that a company's ability to generate profits is an important factor for investors.

Analisis Manfaat Contextual Teaching and Learning dalam Pendidikan Akidah

This study aims to analyze the benefits of the Contextual Learning Approach (CTL) in Aqeedah education. The methodology employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. Researchers successfully collected 158 articles from the Google Scholar database within the past ten years (2015-2024) after following the four steps of the PRISMA procedure: Identification, Screening, Eligibility, and Inclusion. Ultimately, 12 articles were selected as research material. The analysis reveals that the Contextual Learning Approach significantly benefits Aqeedah education. From the examination of these twelve articles, six key advantages of CTL in Aqeedah education have been identified: First, it improves learning outcomes. Second, it enhances motivation and interest in learning. Third, it increases student participation. Fourth, it fosters a conducive learning environment. Fifth, it promotes student independence. Lastly, it serves as a means of character development. The Contextual Learning Approach can effectively create a mindful, meaningful, and joyful atmosphere for learning in Aqeedah education. It is crucial to garner support from various stakeholders to ensure that the benefits of this educational approach extend beyond academic achievement, thereby strengthening Aqeedah and instilling noble values.

Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that ALF’s core philosophy—"To Accept, To Learn, To Freed"—plays a pivotal role in providing members with a safe space for self-expression and self-discovery. Communication channels, including face-to-face interactions and social media platforms, effectively strengthen member relationships and broaden community outreach. The identity construction process involves three key stages: unconditional acceptance, learning new values, and significant behavioral transformation. Members experience increased emotional stability, improved social connections, and a clearer sense of purpose in life. This research contributes to the understanding of how spiritual communities can adapt to modern social dynamics and address the needs of younger generations. The findings also offer practical insights for similar communities seeking to build relevant and inclusive identities in an evolving social landscape.

The European Union has issued a Renewable Energy Directive II (RED II) policy that seeks to gradually reduce the use of palm oil-based biofuels by 2030. This policy has triggered major challenges for Indonesia as the world's leading palm oil producer, including significant economic and social impacts. In facing this policy, Indonesia has implemented a diplomatic strategy to maintain market access and protect national interests. This research aims to determine the process of Indonesian diplomacy towards the European Union regarding restrictions on palm oil exports in the RED II policy. This research uses qualitative data collection techniques through literature studies and interviews. The diplomatic process carried out is analyzed using diplomacy and stimulus-response theory. The stimulus from the RED II policy, which contains economic, political, and environmental pressures, encourages Indonesia to respond through strategic diplomatic steps, including bilateral negotiations, filing disputes at the World Trade Organization (WTO), and efforts to build a sustainability narrative through multilateral forums. The results show that despite political and economic challenges, Indonesia is able to dynamically adjust its response, both through diplomacy and bilateral negotiations, to maintain the position of palm oil as a sustainable product and secure its strategic role in the global market.

Implementation of The At-Tartil Method in Improving The Abilty to Read Al-Qur’an in The Ar-Rodhiyah Wonoayu Sidoarjo Qur’an Education Park (TPQ)

The ability to read the Qur'an is an important aspect of Islamic education and daily worship. In Indonesia, this teaching is carried out through institutions such as TPQ Ar-rodhiyah wonoayu, with standards involving the rules of ulumul tajweed and makharijul huruf. The At-tartil method, developed by the ma'arif nahdlatul ulama branch of sidoarjo, uses tartil rhythm-based techniques to improve the ability to read the Qur'an. This method is also known as the 3M method (listening, imitating, and seeing), where students are taught to listen, imitate and see, followed by repetition exercises (drill). This study aims to describe the application of the At-tartil method at TPQ Ar-Rodhiyah Wonoayu and the effectiveness of the At-tartil method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an of students at TPQ Ar-Rodhiyah.The research method used is descriptive qualitative, involving direct observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students and analysis of learning documents.

The participants of this study involved santri aged between 7 and 12 years. The findings show that the talaqqi method is a commonly used approach in teaching Qur'an memorisation in TPQ. This study provides insight into the application of the talaqqi method in TPQ and its relevance in the context of Qur'anic education. It is hoped that the results of this study can make a practical contribution to the development of more effective Qur'ānic teaching strategies in TPQ and other Islamic educational institutions.

This research aims to identify the formulation of exemplary character and find out the forms of application and obstacles to the use of social media in PAI learning as the formation of exemplary character for students. The importance of this research is to find out that social media can be used positively in forming students' exemplary character through the inspiring content they create. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Candi involving PAI teachers and students in grades 8 & 9. Data collection techniques were obtained through observations, interviews and documentation analysis. The results of this research show that the use of social media not only increases students' creativity in carrying out assignments, but also strengthens their understanding and appreciation of students' exemplary values. One application is conveying inspirational messages, where social media is used to spread Islamic values that can inspire students and other social media users. Social media acts as a means to improve students' creativity, communication skills and critical thinking abilities through creating educational content that is relevant to Islamic values. However, this research also has several challenges such as limited internet access and students' lack of confidence in sharing content. The research conclusion shows that social media has the potential to shape students' exemplary character, with support from the school to overcome existing obstacles.

Peran Perbankan Syariah Terhadap Literasi Keuangan Pada Anak-Anak di Satit Phatnawitya School

This research is conducted to to assess the influenceof Islamic banking on strengthening children’s understanding of finance at Satit Phatnawitya School in Thailand. Employing a qualitative research approach, the study utilized observation and interviews to gather insights. The focus was specifically on the Islamic banking education program implemented in the Kindergarten 2 Firdaus class, which consists of children aged 5 to 7 years. The findings reveal that Islamic banking, particularly the Islamic Bank of Thailand, contributes significantly to presenting financial concepts rooted in Islamic principles, for instance the forbidding of usury and the significance of equitable transactions. Principal activity performed of this program is a savings activity aimed at teaching young children the fundamentals of money management from a tender age. This initiative not only fosters positive saving habits but also familiarizes them with Islamic banking products. While there has been a notable improvement in saving practices, the study highlights the ongoing need to enhance children's understanding of long-term financial planning and halal investment. Ultimately, this research indicates that while Islamic banking contributes significantly to children's financial understanding, there is a necessity for a more structured program that can further strengthen their financial habits and knowledge.

Child protection is an activity to ensure and protect children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop, and participate optimally in accordance with the dignity of humanity, and receive protection from violence and discrimination.

Death was defined as the ceasing of body’s biological activities in an individual characterized by the cessation of brain, cardiovascular, and respiratory function. One of the causes of mortality was sharp object. This study aims to describe the characteristics of death due to violence using sharp object on cadavers at Bhayangkara Hospital Raden Said Sukanto in 2021 based on medical record. This is a cross-sectional descriptive study. Variables measured including age, gender, injury type and location, and the origin of the request for a postmortem (SPV). Data was analyzed using univariate data analysis performed on 34 cases. The result showed that most cases were on adolescent (18 – 25-year-old) which was 26.4%. Most were male (91.2%). Injury was located mostly on chest (47.1%). The majority of injury type was stabbing wound (vulnus punctum) which accounted for 64.7%. Postmortem were mostly requested by East Jakarta Metro police (24.6%).

This study examines the development of Islamic education in pesantren-based higher education at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Bustanul Ulum Krai, Yosowilangun District, Lumajang. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores the education development process and its impact on the community. The findings indicate that this institution plays a crucial role in improving human resource quality through formal and non-formal education while contributing to community development. In addition to its benefits, this study also highlights the challenges faced, particularly in adapting to technological advancements and social changes in the modern era. Pesantren are expected to balance traditional values with educational innovation to remain relevant and competitive. These findings provide insights for policymakers and education practitioners in designing strategies for developing Islamic education in pesantren-based institutions amidst evolving societal dynamics.

Efektivitas Media Pembelajaran Interaktif dalam Mengajarkan Asmaul Husna Kepada Anak di Ar Raziq Care Center Malaysia

The purpose of this research is to investigate how well interactive learning materials educate Asmaul Husna to kids at Ar Raziq Care Center Malaysia. For young children, interactive educational materials provide a more interesting and pleasurable way to understand abstract ideas like Allah's qualities. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach, gathering data via observations, interviews, and documentation. Teachers and kids at the Ar Raziq Care Center served as the study subjects. The findings showed that children's interest and active engagement in the learning process, as well as their comprehension of Asmaul Husna, were greatly enhanced by the use of interactive technology. The media also helped teachers by enabling more efficient and interesting information delivery. As a result, interactive learning materials have shown themselves to be a useful instrument in Islamic religious education, especially when it comes to educating young students Asmaul Husna.

Soft Masculinity Sebagai Tren Laki-Laki Masa Kini

This research looks at the phenomenon of soft-masculinity in Somethinc advertisements. The advertisement represents a different concept of masculinity from traditional masculinity, which displays a softer male figure in appearance. Our research aims to describe the interpretation of the meaning of soft-masculinity as a trend for men today. The research uses a qualitative approach and semiotic analysis method of Charles Sanders Peirce model to examine the meaning contained in a reality without changing its essence. The analysis is done through observation and documentation, by interpreting the signs that appear in the object of research. This analysis focuses on five specific scenes in the advertisement that show the concept of soft-masculinity. The results confirm that there are eleven signs of soft-masculinity that undermine the meaning of traditional masculinity, namely: soft-colored clothes, looking in the mirror, wearing earrings, hair with bangs, body gestures, collar, dancing, plaint pants, taking care of the face, glowing face, and not having a mustache and beard. The results of this study conclude that advertisements try to open a space for discussion and construct a more inclusive concept of soft-masculinity, so these signs are widely used by men and have become a trend for men today. However, Indonesian society still maintains traditional masculinity. This research provides a clearer understanding of the concept of soft-masculinity.

Pengaruh Environmental, Social, and Governance Disclosure (ESGD) pada Nilai Perusahaan: Peran Ukuran Perusahaan sebagai Variabel Moderasi

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance Disclosure (ESGD) on firm value by considering firm size as a moderating variable. The research method used was quantitative. The type of data in this study was secondary data, namely annual reports and sustainability reports of mining companies for the 2021–2023 period. The sampling technique was carried out through a purposive sampling method, resulting in a total of 81 company data were obtained for the sample. The data were analyzed using SPSS 26. The results of the study showed that ESGD had a negative effect on firm value due to high costs that reduced profitability, leading investors who prioritized short-term profits to consider it a negative signal and lose trust. In addition, the results also showed that firm size strengthened the relationship between ESGD and firm value because large companies have adequate financial resources, are able to handle the complexity of ESG implementation, and had high visibility to attract stakeholder support.

This research examines the framing of news coverage on the sugar import corruption case involving Tom Lembong on Tempo.co online media. The case attracted public attention because it involved a former Minister of Trade for the 2015-2016 period with allegations of state losses reaching Rp 400 billion related to the issuance of raw crystal sugar import permits. The research aims to analyze how Tempo.co framed the news coverage of the case through the perspectives it built. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with Robert N. Entman's framing analysis model consisting of four elements: Problem Definition, Diagnosis of Causes, Moral Judgment, and Treatment Recommendation. Research data was obtained from 10 online news articles from Tempo.co during the period of October 29 to November 15, 2024. The results show that Tempo.co tends to take a critical position towards the determination of suspects by the Attorney General's Office by questioning the political motives behind the case. The media framed the case as a more complex issue by highlighting the need for investigation of all trade ministers from the 2015-2023 period, emphasizing the importance of a fair and professional legal process, and encouraging transparency in handling the case. Tempo.co's framing reflects the media's role as a democratic watchdog that criticizes government actions and public institutions to provide a more comprehensive view to society.

Peran Bimbingan Perkawinan Pranikah dalam Mencegah Pernikahan Dini: Studi Kasus Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Puring Kabupaten Kebumen

This study aims to determine the role of premarital counseling implemented by the KUA of Puring sub-district in reducing early marriage. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study examines the implementation of the "Go to School" program, which educates adolescents about the consequences and risks of early marriage. Primary data were collected through interviews with the head of the KUA of Puring sub-district, counselors, prospective brides, and junior and senior high school students who participated in premarital counseling. To complement the primary data, the researchers also collected secondary data from various literatures such as books, journals, and Internet sites, which were reinforced by direct observation at the research site. The results showed that the program was successful in reducing the number of early marriages from 14 cases in 2022 to 12 cases in 2023, and further reduced to 9 cases in 2024. In addition, the program also provides an understanding of the law, health, and other aspects related to early marriage. Collaboration with Puskesmas to provide reproductive health education is an important part of this program. The results suggest that effective premarital counseling not only helps reduce early marriage, but also builds a younger generation that is better prepared for married life.
