This thesis discusses the development of an e-modul e for Islamic religious education on the subject of Thaharah at the elementary school level. This research was conducted because teachers are relatively weak in using learning methods, relying more on conventional methods such as lectures and discussions, and are less skilled in determining learning media, resulting in a lack of variety and limited learning time. Students feel bored with the learning process due to its lack of appeal, low student learning outcomes, and inadequate utilization of facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the e-modul e on Thaharah at the elementary school level in terms of validity and practicality. The type of research is Research and Development (R&D) to produce an e-modul e on Thaharah at the elementary school level. This study uses the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, and 5) evaluation. This study produced an e-modul e for Thaharah learning to determine the needs analysis for developing an e-modul e for Thaharah at the elementary school level, to determine the e-modul e for Thaharah at the elementary school level, and to determine the feasibility of the e-modul e for Thaharah at the elementary school level. Based on the results of research and development, the Thaharah e-module for grade V students has been successfully developed using the ADDIE model through the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with learning needs. The validation results showed that the e-module had an excellent feasibility rate with a material expert validation score of 93%, a media expert of 93.3%, and an instructional design expert of 84%, as well as a positive response in limited, small group, and large group trials. In addition, the results of the effectiveness test through N-Gain of 0.704 (70.4%) showed that e-modules were quite effective in improving student learning outcomes. Thus, the Thaharah e-module developed is feasible and effective to be used as a learning medium to support the understanding of Fiqh material in a more interactive, interesting, and independent manner.
