The National Agency for Disaster Management (BNPB) requires a public communication strategy capable of bridging the gap between the institution's operational activities and the public's need for knowledge. This research analyzes the Kilas Sepekan BNPB Program as an information bridge in BNPB's public communication strategy in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method on secondary data from the BNPB Indonesia YouTube channel, this research applies the framework of public communication theory, government public relations theory, and Cangara's communication planning model. The results show that the Kilas Sepekan BNPB Program performs three strategic functions as an information bridge: (1) translating bureaucratic activities into concise and easily digestible information for the public through visual storytelling approaches; (2) providing a periodic and accountable channel for performance transparency in accordance with the Public Information Disclosure Law; and (3) building sustainable public disaster literacy through message repetition and visualization of real impacts. In the digital era, this program utilizes the YouTube platform to overcome spatial and temporal limitations, while creating a digital archive accessible anytime. However, its effectiveness as an information bridge still faces challenges in the form of one-way communication, limited interactivity, internet access gaps in remote areas, and competition with entertainment content algorithms. This research recommends strengthening interactive formats, expanding reach through collaboration with local creators, and integrating with other social media to optimize the program's function as an information bridge.
