Kepemimpinan Situasional dalam Pelaksanaan Wisuda ke-22 STIE "GICI" Business School Tahun 2025

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of situational leadership in the implementation of the 22nd Graduation Ceremony of STIE “GICI” Business School in 2025. The graduation committee chairperson is required to adjust leadership styles based on team member characteristics, situational dynamics, and cross-division coordination needs. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the findings indicate that the application of situational leadership positively contributes to improving team effectiveness, communication flow, and timely task completion. The results affirm that situational leadership is a relevant and effective approach for managing complex, collaborative, and multi-division committee structures
