The widespread use of mobile moneylenders (bank keliling) and online loans (pinjol) among low-income households has caused serious economic and social problems, including residents being forced to sell their homes to settle debts. Housewives are especially exposed because they manage daily household finances. This community service program aimed to improve the understanding of fiqh muamalah and financial awareness among women in Cipayung Jaya Village so that they can recognize and avoid riba, illegal online loans, and mobile moneylenders. The program used a participatory approach consisting of needs assessment, interactive education, case discussions, and interest and installment simulations, with evaluation through observation, discussion, and oral participant feedback. The program was held on 3-5 July 2026 in three study groups (majelis taklim) in Cipayung Jaya with 123 participants. The results show that participants were enthusiastic, that the main obstacle for the community is economic hardship, and that understanding of fiqh muamalah, especially the rules on riba, remains very low; online loans mostly ensnare younger people who do not realize that the interest keeps growing. The program demonstrates that contextual, case-based education in fiqh muamalah can build collective awareness at the community level.
