This study aims to develop an interactive e-module entitled "Innovative Learning Strategies for Elementary School in the Digital Era" to assist elementary school teachers in implementing innovative, student-centered learning strategies and reduce teacher-centered learning dominance. The research used the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data were collected through pre-test, semi-structured interviews, and practitioner validation questionnaires. The subjects were 12 elementary school teachers at SD Negeri 1 Jetis Yogyakarta. Pre-test results showed an average comprehension score of 82.9%, yet critical misconceptions were identified: only 33.3% of teachers correctly understood Flipped Classroom in-class time use, 58.3% misunderstood Active Learning requirements, and 33.3% confused Gamification with Discovery Learning. The developed e-module features interactive assessments with explanatory feedback, offline-capable HTML format, responsive design, and color-coded infographics addressing identified misconceptions. Practical validation yielded an overall score of 4.48 ("Very Good") across four dimensions: ease of use, learning motivation, content clarity, and utility. Qualitative feedback confirmed the e-module is practical for independent teacher professional development and suitable for use in Professional Learning Communities (KomBel). This study concludes that the developed e-module is feasible and practical as a digital resource to support the transformation from teacher-centered to student-centered learning in Indonesian elementary schools.
