This study aims to describe the role of the school principal in implementing an Islamic values-based digital discipline culture at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen, along with its implications, advantages, and challenges. This research employs a qualitative phenomenological approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants were selected through purposive sampling, consisting of the school principal, teachers, and staff. Data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings reveal that the school principal acts as a transformational leader driving four integrated programs: Islamic-based morning habituation, daily mobile phone management, socialization of Islamic values, and parental involvement in disciplinary sanctions. These programs demonstrably improved student learning focus, reduced technology-related violations, and fostered digital awareness grounded in Islamic values of taqwa and amanah. The primary challenge identified is the lack of consistency in applying digital discipline outside the school environment. This study contributes to the development of Islamic school leadership models in the digital era by integrating Islamic values as a moral foundation for student digital discipline.
