الملخص

This study discusses Al-'Adl-based business partnerships in realizing business sustainability at the United Madani Muslimah Cooperative (KMMB) in Makassar. The study aims to identify the form of business partnerships, analyze the implementation of Al-'Adl principles, and explain the impact of Al-'Adl-based business partnerships on KMMB's business sustainability. The study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Primary data were obtained from cooperative administrators and members or partners, while secondary data came from relevant documents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested through triangulation. The results of the study show that: (1) KMMB runs three forms of partnerships, namely Wahdah Water distribution partnerships, Gerai Muslimah marketing partnerships, and sharia financing partnerships. (2) The implementation of Al-'Adl is reflected in three aspects, namely equality realized through open access based on applicable provisions, balance through the division of roles, benefits, and responsibilities; Meanwhile, the granting of rights is realized through the fulfillment of benefits and facilities proportionally according to the roles and conditions of the parties. (3) Al-'Adl-based business partnerships support business sustainability in terms of survival, stability, and growth, although the impacts differ for each form of partnership. Wahdah Water shows the development of a stock point network and economic benefits for cooperatives and partners; Sharia financing shows an increase in the number of users and financing activities; while Gerai Muslimah provides marketing space for members, but sales growth has not been consistent. The implications of this research indicate that Al-'Adl-based partnerships not only maintain a balance between the rights, benefits, and responsibilities of the parties but also support the sustainability of business activities through the expansion of marketing networks, access to financing, and sustainable cooperative relationships. However, the continuity of transactions at Gerai Muslimah still needs to be strengthened to optimize the partnership's contribution to business growth.
