This study aimed to develop a Gross Motor Learning Module for Children with Special Needs based on the ADDIE model that is valid, practical, and effective for implementation in inclusive early childhood education. The study was motivated by the lack of systematic learning modules specifically designed to accommodate the characteristics and developmental needs of children with special needs, causing teachers to experience difficulties in planning, implementing, and evaluating gross motor learning activities. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were collected using a gross motor observation sheet. Content validity was analyzed using Aiken's V, while the effectiveness of the module was analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. In conclusion, the Gross Motor Learning Module for Children with Special Needs based on the ADDIE model meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. Therefore, it can be used as a learning guide for teachers in inclusive early childhood education and is expected to contribute to improving the quality of educational services for children with special needs.
