Literature Review: Peran Etika Kerja Islam terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan di Indonesia
Abstract
Islamic work ethic is work that is guided by Islamic teaching. Islamic work ethic is considered as one of the solutions to optimize a company with employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic work ethics on employee performance by mapping previous research on Islamic work ethics and employee performance. The narrative technique was chosen in this study. In the first stage, this study reviewed 208 journal articles with the help of Publish or Perish 7 software. The PRISMA protocol was used in the second phase to review the 22 corpus. The results of the narrative analysis show that there is a relationship between Islamic work ethics and employee performance. Islamic work ethic as a solution to improve employee performance. The higher the employee works according to the Islamic work ethic, the higher the employee's performance.
