Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation and impact of the Labor Intensive program in reducing poverty in Semampir Sub-district. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach to describe something and be able to explain it in detail, so it is hoped that qualitative research can answer the formulation of the problem. The results of the research obtained, that the Implementation of the Labor Intensive Program in Semampir District in 2024 the results are not fully maximized, this can be seen from the four aspects initiated by George Edward III, namely from the aspect of communication is good, the use of resources is maximum, the disposition aspect is maximum, but there are still shortcomings in the aspect of bureaucratic structure. The impact of the labor-intensive program in Semampir Sub-district is that this program has not succeeded in reducing poverty because the achievement percentage is still 14.69% of 100% with a dependency ratio condition of 46.83 in 2023.
