Pengaruh Inflasi, Suku Bunga, dan Leverage Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan: Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2022 – 2025

الملخص

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence and analyze the effect of Inflation and Interest Rate On Financial Performance. The population in this study are Property and Real Estate Compeny listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2025. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method which produces 17 sample companies with a total sample of 68 samples. The data used is secondary data taken through documentation techniques. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that Inflation and lInterest Rate not effect on Financial Performance, while Leverage negative effect on Financial Performance.
