Analisis Ergonomi Komunikasi Pada Antarmuka Aplikasi Mobile "Gojek" Terhadap User Experience (UX)
Abstract
The development of mobile applications requires interfaces that not only provide good functionality but also deliver an optimal User Experience (UX). One aspect that contributes to UX is communication ergonomics, which refers to how information is presented, understood, and responded to by users through an application interface. This study aims to determine the level of communication ergonomics on the GOJEK mobile application interface, measure the level of User Experience among users, analyze the effect of communication ergonomics on UX, and identify the communication ergonomics dimension that has the most dominant influence on UX. This study employed a quantitative approach using explanatory research. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active GOJEK users using a 1–5 Likert scale. The communication ergonomics variable consisted of five dimensions: information clarity, consistency, information load, navigation, and interactivity, while User Experience was measured based on attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results showed that the level of communication ergonomics in the GOJEK application was categorized as moderate to high, with mean scores ranging from 3.0117 to 3.2696. Interactivity obtained the highest mean score of 3.2696, while consistency obtained the lowest score of 3.0117. The level of User Experience was categorized as high, with a mean score of 3.4150. The F-test results indicated that communication ergonomics simultaneously had a significant effect on User Experience, with an F-value of 17.238 and a significance value of 0.000. Communication ergonomics contributed 37.4% to User Experience, while the remaining 62.6% was explained by other factors outside the research model. Partially, only the interactivity dimension had a significant effect on User Experience, with a significance value of 0.000. Interactivity was also identified as the most dominant factor, with a standardized beta coefficient of 0.418, followed by navigation with a beta coefficient of 0.264. Therefore, improving interactivity, particularly system responsiveness and the clarity of feedback, is an important aspect in improving User Experience on the GOJEK mobile application.
