This study aims to analyze the integration of multicultural values in the Project for Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Program at SMP Negeri 2 Gunung Sindur during the 2025/2026 academic year, focusing on planning instruments, implementation, inhibiting factors, and mitigation strategies. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection methods included interviews with teachers and students, observations of P5 activities, and document studies of school planning and national guidelines. The results indicate that planning instruments involve mapping student diversity and integrating values of tolerance and inclusivity into P5 themes such as "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika" and "Local Wisdom." Implementation occurs through collaborative activities like Market Day and Eco Brick, fostering empathy and mutual cooperation. However, major obstacles include limited teacher understanding of multiculturalism concepts, inadequate facilities, and minimal parental support. Mitigation steps encompass ongoing teacher capacity-building training, development of applicable project modules, and creation of an inclusive school ecosystem through stakeholder collaboration. This research contributes to the development of a multicultural education model aligned with Pancasila and Law No. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System, with implications for strengthening student character in rural schools.
