Abstract

The purpose of this research is toanalyzeand examine the influence of length of service, motivation, leadership, and work environment on the performance of healthcare workers at Weda Regional General Hospital. This study was conducted at Weda Regional General Hospital. This study was quantitative, with data collection using questionnaires. The population of this study was 307 healthcare workers. A sample of 61 respondents was taken. Data analysis techniques used were multiple regression, F-test, t-test, and determination test (R2). The results showed thatthere is an influenceThe influence of work period on the performance of health workers at Weda Regional General Hospital. Motivation influences the performance of health workers at Weda Regional General Hospital. Leadership influences the performance of health workers at Weda Regional General Hospital. The work environment influences the performance of health workers at Weda Regional General Hospital.
