Employee performance is a key factor in determining the success of an organization, including government institutions such as the Tax Service Office (Kantor Pelayanan Pajak/KPP). The achievement of state revenue targets largely depends on the performance of employees who carry out taxpayer service and supervision functions, particularly the Account Representatives (ARs). This study aims to examine and analyze: (1) the effect of information technology utilization on the performance of Account Representatives, (2) the effect of competence on the performance of Account Representatives, (3) the effect of the work environment on the performance of Account Representatives, and (4) the effect of work initiative on the performance of Account Representatives. This study employed a quantitative research approach. The research was conducted at the Sukoharjo Primary Tax Office (KPP Pratama Sukoharjo). The population and sample consisted of all 43 Account Representatives employed at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo. A saturated sampling (census) technique was applied, whereby all members of the population were included as the research sample. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that: (1) information technology has a significant effect on employee performance at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo; (2) competence has no significant effect on employee performance at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo; (3) the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo; and (4) work initiative has no significant effect on employee performance at KPP Pratama Sukoharjo.
