This study aims to determine the influence of the number of workers, labor productivity, and minimum wage on the added value of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia and analyze it based on the perspective of Islamic economics. The study uses an associative quantitative approach with panel data covering 34 provinces in Indonesia and consists of 170 observations. The data used is in the form of secondary data, while the analysis is carried out by panel data regression to test the influence of each variable partially or simultaneously. The results of the study show that the number of workers has a positive and significant effect on the added value of the manufacturing industry. This shows that the increase in the number of workers involved in production activities can support the increase in added value. Labor productivity also has a positive and significant effect, which shows that increasing the ability of labor to produce output effectively and efficiently can increase the added value of the industry. Furthermore, the minimum wage has a positive and significant effect on the added value of the manufacturing industry. Simultaneously, the number of workers, labor productivity, and the minimum wage have a significant effect on the added value of the manufacturing industry. From the perspective of Islamic economics, the increase in added value is not solely directed at achieving profits, but also needs to pay attention to the principles of justice, benefit, welfare, and the fulfillment of labor rights. Thus, the development of the manufacturing industry is expected to be able to provide economic benefits while improving the welfare of workers and society.
